Whent in to Nissan for a quote all the prices on the quote was wrong...wouldve send the corect qoute the Monday Still waiting for my quote from Nissan day 3 ....So I just whent to Boch service center Hatfield exeland team and service.

Poor workmanship, my Nissan 2018 NP200 1.5DCI SE broke down on 1st of July 2021, the vehicle was towed to BB Nissan Gezina, they did not want to repair under warranty, they claimed the vehicle was in an accident, the vehicle was bought 3 days earlier at CMH Ford Gezina, after some back and forth with Ford, they repaired it under warranty, it had a faulty electric window regulator, and central locking not work, interior lights do not come on when door opens, the door open light on the dash does not come on when the doors are open, I reported all these but they were not fixed under warranty, only the electric window regulator was repaired, they say the central locking is after market, but according to 2018 NP200 SE model spec sheet, all SE models come with factory fitted central locking as Standard. After collecting the vehicle, the radio was not working, I reported it and they said they had not touched the radio and it was not in their warranty claim, it turns out while they were diagnosing the electric window issue, they disconnected the radio and did not reconnect it after. Fast forward to 8 August the vehicle broke down again.

If you taking your vehicle in for service, get there as early as possible. Great service and friendly staff on site

Friendly, efficient and very professional staff at the workshop/service department. I drive from Rustenburg to Gezina to have my vehicle serviced with BB Gezina, thats how good they are! I havent experienced service like this in ages, not just at vehicle dealership but in any industry. Had the pleasure of personally dealing with the driver, the service counter lady, one of the mechanics and the workshop manager, all I can say is WOW! Doesnt matter who you talk to, everybody makes you feel like a VIP. I am also very pleased with their pricing, they dont push the labour hours like so many other dealerships, I saved almost R2k on a service compared to my local dealership.

The most unprofessional place that you can find they have my np200 from the 2nd December they gave me a quote on the 4th witch i accepted since then i the client had to do their job and follow up continuously i had to even complaine to Nissan S A about parts not being available the workshop manager Derrick does not know the meaning of Customer service alone the dealer principal sits in his office gives instructions does not have the backbone to talk to the client i will never deal with them ever and a word of advice if at all you can avoid them do so

Somethings not right.... I bought a brand new xtrail 1.6 tekna. First day I noticed the wheel arch was loose, took it back they glued it with black prestic. Took it back another time they put a big red clip in now its worse. Took it for 15000km service told them to fix it aswell as the door plastic which came loose. They called me the afternoon and told me the door plastic is stuck with double sided tape and has been tampered with and they not fixing it.... At this point I was loosing it(the new car is tampered with ) . I told them I dont want the car anymore. They called me back within 5 minutes to tell me the double sided tape is correct and they going to fix it now. So we will see how this all plays out. 90% of the people are friendly though. But they obviously lying to cover the brand and their jobs... There are other things Im not mentioning that have happened. But Ive had enough.

The salesperson knew little about the car he was selling. Had to call the entire team every time we asked him questions. I think companies need to train employees well on products. The service was just beyond pathetic. Id rate them minus 1 if there was such a rating

Lied about cars service plan. Day of purchase they couldnt give me the cars maintenance booklet. This was used as a distraction. Buying experience was swiftly done and professionaly. But they only adding to the stereotype of you can never trust a car salesman.

3 weeks after I bought a car for my wife we discovered that the car was sold to us in an untrustworthy state. Something fishy is going on at this place.Allan, the manager was very helpful and quick to sort things out, but I still believe the car was sold to me under very dodgy circumstances

They took a week to do something that should take two days and couldnt even finish the job. They wanted to charge us R13000 because the ignition was faulty. Someone else finished the job for us outside the garage within thirty minutes and only charged us R1300. The salesperson or manager or whoever I was in contact with is very unprofessional and rude.Would not recommend these guys, take your business to someone private or a different dealership.
