Friendly staff. A few points of constructive feedback: the information on car buying websites on the car I was interested in was incorrect e.g. that it is a 7 seater, but in fact it was a 5 seater. That it had a Full service history, but it was in fact only partial. That it was in excellent condition, but in fact it was only moderate at best. I only confirmed this with my inspection of the car (thus I wasted time and money).Also note that their photos on these sites are very good and might make a vehicle look better than it actually is. Always best to view it in person. Otherwise, through my interactions with the staff, I am still confident that the dealership is genuine and honest.

The best survive you can think of!!! Came all the way from Brits and Sam was on the ball for making sure I get my beautiful car when I arrived. They even stayed after working hours. If they are not an example of people dedicated to give the best survice, then I dont know. And dont even let me start with my amazing new car!! Thank you Sam for going the extra mile!!!

I went to this dealership the 14th of April 2021. Was approached by Sales Executive Ruan Nel. Already had a vehicle in mind. He assisted me swiftly in getting all the paperwork sorted etc. Collected my bakkie today. Delivery was done seamlessly and there was no hickups. Even the Finance lady Stephanie Prinsloo and Johan today were extremely professional and explained all the collection documents thoroughly. To be honest, what kept on impressing me was the honesty and professionalism of Ruan Nel. Will be going back to the Dealership for sure and refer whoever us looking for a good reliable used vehicle to Ruan.

The staff is well trained and disciplined. All of them are friendly. Worse part the lady that is on that small kitchen it was on the 28th December 2020 she is a real darling. The service there is 100%.

This was an bitter sweet visit. The vehicles looks all very clean and well looked after well at least the ones I saw. Sales executive was helpful. I afterwards found the vehicle was a bit overpriced when compared to what you could purchase from other dealerships comparing year model, mileage etc......I took this up with them......they had their reasons.

Brilliant service and a great selection of cars that are in good condition. They are honest about the vehicles and not only provide great sales service, but also, critically, great after-sales service.

At first we were very impressed by the service, that is until we informed the salesman that the vehicles central locking and electric window did not work upon delivery of the vehicle. We arranged for the vehicle to be brought back to them to enable them to fix same with the agreement that they will collect my husband from his place of employment as he now obviously has no means of transport. Today, 7 days later, we were informed that they are not willing to collect him and he must collect the vehicle without their assistance. Taking into consideration that we are located on the East Rand. I have NEVER experienced this lack of after sale service and would really not recommend them to any other person. I would gladly rather recommend the dealer from which I purchased my vehicle from in Morningside, Jhb. He went out of his way to assist us and needless to say, this experience with Atterbury Motors left a very sour taste in our mouths.04.03.2021I note your reply, just a pity you do not mention that you told my mother that the transport requirements were my problem! My husband had no alternative but to accept this poor service as we were stuck without transport which you were fully aware of, thus the urgency for this repairs to be done on the vehicle. You also fail to mention that you emotionally blackmailed us into taking down our Hello Peter complaint. I re-iterate that I will NEVER refer anyone to you again.

The service was brilliant up until I had to have my car delivered, which was a nightmare. I usually work until 6pm and the best time I can have the car delivered is 7pm - but they were unwilling to do so. Other car manufacturers usually provide this level of service. I eventually had to waste a leave day :(Response to the owner: That I can completely understand - if its a company policy. It would have avoided a lot of frustration if this was communicated to me in advance. I am also trying to be empathetic that this little detail might have fallen through the cracks (which can happen) - as I am in no means the only customer. For this reason I have changed my overall star review. This honestly gives a fair representation of what my complete experience with Atterbury Motors have been like. The sales team (Ruan and Sanet) was genuinely very helpful in the beginning and overall quite helpful throughout the process. I have to give them both credit for that despite the constraints of the company policies they had to work within. Please relay this to both Sanet and Ruan.

I received good and friendly service from Karen. However after that everything went south. My vehicle broke down 3 weeks into ownership I requested the deal to be cancel, they refused and the only way to avoid a long and drawn out legal process was to allow them to fix the vehicle. I didnt had any say into where the car must be taken and they took the car to their preferred technician. Subsequently I learned that they claimed the expenses against the warranty policies they sold to me and for which they earned huge amount of commission. Now when I want to cancel the policy I dont get any payout as there is a claim against it. I advise to stay away.

I enquired about a Triton and asked the following questions?1) Is the tyres in a good condition?2) What is the condition of the paint?The following was ansewered:1) Apperently the tyres are like new, yet if there is any tyre that is not in good condition that Atterbury Motors will replace those tyres without question.2) It was said that the paint of the Triton is in tip top condition without a single scratch, chip or defect.After driving 260 Km and applying for finance...I was supprised to find that the vehicle wasnt as Clean and perfect as promised.1) The rear tyres had only about 3mm thread left...apperently the vehicle imspections passed the requirements. In 5000km the tyres would not be safe for use and Atterbury refused to replace the tyres because it was accepted by Decra? The 3mm wear tab o the rear tyres was almost flush with the wear surface?2) The car had lots of chips in the paint, for this they had to respray the vehicle and it is not worth the effort to respray the vehicle.I am really frustrated that I drove far for poorly maintained Triton that was advertised as In Perfect conditionMisleading information and sales talk wasted my time and effort.Good service yet the integrity is questionable in their sales information. Be aware of sales talk and do not purchase without face to face evaluation. Atterbury motors wasted a lot of my time!Rev01: In reply to feedback given: The Vehichle is advertised 2014 model how can it be 8 years old?? Be aware people!!
