This was my second visit in 6 Months. Due to my own needs. Both visits was extremely professional and all my tyre needs were cared for. Great service from Rohan and Janas.Everything was explained clearly and also the time it will take to assist me.They also have great coffee and a nice waiting area with WiFi.

I went in to repair a slow puncture and they found 3 punctures so they wanted to replace the tyre. At the same time they wanted to sell me 3 new tyres and get 4 tyre for free because they had a special. Told them I buy my tyres from shortys in Rusteburg so they charged me R300 to patch the tyre.

Now that this morning was the best service ever I received at any tyre fitment shop. Damm good work gents. TWT can come for lessons by you guys. Grand service indeed. Thank you

I went to have my tyre repaired yesterday . I went to Hi-Q Menlyn in Pretoria. The gentleman approached me in the parking area infront of the store and asked if they could assist with anything. I showed him the nail in the wheel and they said that they will check all the wheels for me. I was sent off to have some lovely cappuccino in their waiting area. I was then called and they showed me I had more punctures than I though , I knew about 2 on 2 separate tyres. I asked for a quote and they gladly provided one, They gave me a brilliant price on better than expected tyres. They called me over to show me my brake disks needed skimming and i gave them the go ahead. I was expecting a Major bill by the end. All and all i saved about R3000.00 . Michael . I asked for brakes and tyres to be done on my car, I dropped off the car and 20 minutes later received a call that my brakes still had 50% to go and was informed that I do not need to replace them. Its good to know that I can trust HI-Q. Instead of replacing the brakes and charging me they helped me even if it ment less business on the day.

I have damaged two tyres last week and tried to claim their so called tyre insurance. Apparently I did not register , but I can explicitly remember registering online by myself: I had to fill things like invoice number which was highlighted by the salesperson, etc.Strangely there was another couple also with the same issue telling me they also registered online, and cannot claim.Subsequently another person from another branch told me he had the same issue.so:1. why go to HiQ if the tyre insurance is not a benefit? I can get it at the same price elsewhere.2.It is a proven fact that the tyres were bought at the HiQ Menlyn, and it is disputed that I have registered, why not come to the party and hide behind a process that the proof is outside my control?

Despite really great service by Vian as salesperson, the damage done to my vehicles tyre and rim warrant this extremely poor score for Hi-Q Menlyn. I took my vehicle in for a simple rim repair (crack in rim, needed welding) on 28 March 2018. Rim was sent for repairs to Mag Repair. Rim was received back by Hi-Q on the same day, and rim seemed to have been repaired. Tyre was fitted in quite a hurry again, as it was nearly closing time. I left and all seemed well. Less than 48 hours afterwards, my tyre was completely flat. I took my vehicle to the only tyre shop open on the Saturday after Good Friday, which was thankfully Tiger Wheel & Tyre Menlyn. They advised me that the bead rim of the tyre had been damaged (fit & strip damage) when the tyre was hastily fitted back by Hi-Q. This damage was unfortunate as the tyre was in very good condition. Nevertheless, TWT managed to glue the bead rim temporarily. I kept slowly losing pressure in the tyre, and so took it back in to have it thoroughly checked out. They inspected the rim and found that the rim still had a tiny crack in it. So in conclusion, I had paid for a rim repair, and got back an unrepaired rim, and a damaged tyre (costing me a fortune to then replace). This ordeal has obviously affected my trust in the branch, and I will subsequently not use their services in future, nor recommend that anyone make use of them, unless it is for a simple procedure where the tyre need not be removed from the rim.

A bit pricey in comparison to other competitors. However experience was good and the workshop staff is fast. I dont like that they assume you have all the money in the world and dont give proper prices upfront, they always need to check and check.

1 specific salesman helped me and could not take me serious as a costumer and told me he could NOT add the items I needed to a quote since he cant tell that the damaged tyres where due to potholes. Cost me to get a affidavit and go back so they can give me a new quote. Would only recommend this place if you cant find a better price somewhere else.

I went ther this morning asking for them to balance my tyres. I was told my rims wer bent and i need to buy mags as they dont keep steel rims and that u cant fix them. After trying to push mags on me out of the blue hthe sales man comes up to me and tells me my breaks are also finished and i need to skim the disks eaven though they havent eaven started scratching yet. And not that i asked them to check my breaks. So after leaving i went to tyres and more just behind who not only fixed my bent steel rim but also had a look at my breaks and confirmed they still fine. All the for the low price of nothing. Thank you tyres and more who i will support from now on and to hiQ. U will never ever see me again.

Went yesterday to rotate tyres and do wheel alignment. After that I found my clothes with oils and dirty spots, spare wheel lit not properly closed. I have been to better and tidy dealers, 😐.
