Ive visited the Faerie Glen branch in Atterbury Value Mart. Molly Maluleka assisted my query. My Kway shoes I bought last year beginning, was in need of repair, ie backstrap valgro and ziplike tightner to fit shoe to your feet. I expected either or a repair or buy new shoes verdict. The shoes were sent to Cape Town. Within less than 1.5 weeks I was informed the shoes will be replaced with a 1x year guarantee. I was pleasantly surprised. Cape Union Mart delivers quality service, professionalism, friendly quality service. IF YOURE IN NEED OF FOOTWEAR OR CLOTHING ETC, I CAN VOUCH FOR THEIR SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!!

Credit card transaction failed with communication error between speedpoint and point of sale,so goods was not delivered. They could not give a slip of the transaction failing or being reversed. On contacting my bank, the transaction is deemed valid because the speedpoint successfully completed the transaction. It is their horrible point of sale that just never got the confirmation. This experience just cost me thousands because of terrible systems being implemented that cant even give the failed transaction slip like any other speedpoint.

Fabulous service. I am a beginner hiker and was helped with absolute kindness and a wide knowledge of hiking boots. I got the best advice and got my dream hiking shoes that fit my needs 200%. Can definitely recommend them!

Pathetic service! There were only 2 people in the store; one sanitising hands at the entrance and another that had decided that he was not want to help us, so we walked out and supported another C.U.M store.
