They work with Blue label connect, I have paid up my blue label connect account trough them, on the 2nd July they gave me a paid up letter but nothing has been done to remove the account from my credit record, it still shows as active and in arears and they added another account on my namethis is absolutely unacceptable, I have phoned them numerous times and still they are not doing anything to assist mevery very bad service from them

My account was handed over to them. They said I should grant them access to debit the outstanding amount. Which I did. The debit order went through on the 25th of April. Even today my account still shows I have an outstanding balance. I have tried calling and emailing them. With no success nci nci 😂

Cant get hold of them want to cancell my debit order because another company took over and they still taking the payment
