Have been going back and forth with Spar for a double transaction of R559.07 that happened on the 23rd of September which they has told me was going to reverse into my account and it never did. Everytime I come to the store I am told to bring a bank statement and which I did twice already and even sent it to them on email today but I am still leaving without my money, this is pathetic as it’s not my fault that this happened but unfortunately I’m the one who is suffering.Pretty sure if i was white I would have been refunded my money by now!!

Store is well stocked, isles can be split to make them a bit shorter and provide faster access to products. Store has a good range of stock. Speedier service at the till points will be a great improvement. I visit the store often and find the till points slow in comparison with other stores.

Helpful, took me and showed me what I needed as pensioner I miss things helped me with specials, friendly and packed groceries neatly and did not throw it like other shops. I shop there and at Monument Park and try NOT TO SHOP IN PIERRE VAN RYNEVELD.

Dont shop here. Unless you want to be treated like a ostracized, leperous criminal. They are willing to lose customers who have been shopping here for a decade because of their security, then so be it. I Will never ever go back here.

Really not much of note here. Some Spar franchises stand out as having an incredible range of high-quality produce. This is not one of those places. Nothing terrible, but nothing special.

This store must employ more stuff/merchandisers to pack things and price them properly. I was there this afternoon and saw an item I wanted on the shelves packed under incorrect price and I didnt know as a client. Only to my surprised when the cashier showed me the higher price and questioned it and showed her where it was. She called another lady on the floor who seemed doomed and then called another lady Liz whom I think is a store manager.Then she claimed that there was no price allocated where I took the item from but the price that was put there under the items was there even though her claim didnt make sense to me .From the customers perspective its wrong to display prices like that which are misleading to us as customers and I still feel that I should have been allowed to pay the price I saw which was on the shelf. Its terrible and very unprofessional.

Good Shopping Center

I was made to feel like a criminal and I will never ever go there, even though its a street away from my house. The security guy literally followed me in every isle I went as if I was there to steal. This happened on 3 different days with 3 different security guys, so it seems Im targeted.

Its the late night Spar in Centurion. They always used to stay open till 9pm not sure about the hours now. The fruit area can use some improvements as its limited and often overpriced.

A standard Spar with all you expect. Well run, but lacks some of the imported items you get from the bigger Spars. No disappointment at all. Well run with good service. Also handy to have a separate outside window for Lotto players.

Great Quick shopping stop. Prices are slightly more expensive but is a reliable stop in a pinch or at late hours of the night. Staff are rather friendly. Would recommend as a quick late night stop.

This is one of my favourite Spar stores. It is not very big but always seems to have enough stock of most things I need. Good planning.

The spar isnt bad. They just have a big problem with hustlers outside. Every time I am there someone wants to take your money or bag. If it was just food itll be fine. But one guy tried taking my vape saying I owe him a lighter.

This is a small store with very narrow aisles. Dont expect a wide selection, but it does suffice a quick bread and milk stop. Free parking is a plus, but be aware of the exits, some only offer access in one direction.

Why do you advertise 6h30 if you only open at 7h00. Please change your times on this website and the store window!!

THE PLACE IS AWESOME

Like most Spar outlets. Service was fast and efficient. Conveniently located on my way home from work. Great for quick ins and outs. The Deli section has a decent offering of foods. Good for a lunch while youre at work and great to take home as dinner. Prices are the same as any Spar I have been to. Visited this outlet after work so it wasnt that busy so i cant speak for what service is like at peak times. Had a good experience when i was there.

Your typical convenience store. Great to pop in and get necessary items fod day to day consumption. Prices are average in comparison. Also open early for a breakfast on the go. Liqueur store also offered in the same complex. Service is average, prices on the expensive side.

I was confronted by a beggar in the aisle demanding money, very aggressively. Alerted shop security, nothing was done. Lighting outside this centre is non existant and unsafe. Not recommended at all.

There is a massive change. Impressive upgrades, much cleaner environment than in times past, more options to choose from, aesthetics are more appealing and there is a sitting area to wait a little for your transport of you using meter-taxi or Uber. Shopping centre security appears more vigilant as well.

After 2 years I think it is time to update my review. Had a quick pop in this morning and wow what a pleasure it was. Staff was super helpful and friendly and service was faultless. There Iles are also fully stacked and the place is very clean. Major improvements has been done since I was last year.

Its very clean inside. Not so great outside in the parking. Convenient but very pricey. Ive never found good fruit and vegetables there.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of their queue system, there are no clearly marked queues at the cashiers and they often ask you to move to another cashier because they assume you will get served quickly, only for another customer to push in front because theres no clearly marked queue area.

Overly priced in comparison to most other stores. This Spar is more like a petrol station convenience store on how expensive they are.

Friendly service and convenient open hours. Theres also a pharmacy and Doctor thats open 8am to 8pm every day, so that helps.

Im amazed at times at how very busy staff in this establishment are. They are busy with packing, cleaning, wiping, clearing, and as a customer you are totally ignored. At the biltong counter, you go for patience lessons.

Terrible service. Waited almost 10 minutes for service. Cashier was super unfriendly and I almost felt as it I were an inconvenience to her. Unfortunately I only went through the other reviews just now. Is someone even reading these? These complaints have been posted over and over again.
