Fresh and good quality meat at competitive prices. Definitely a family favorite. Service is also good and pleasant. Store is clean but a bit small, feels cramped.

I was at Roots today. And their customers service is bad.i went there to buy the sugar that was advertised on the pamphlet that they distributed to our houses.when I got there, I saw they only advertised the 2kg on the shelves and they wrote an apology letter about the 5kg sugar but they have put the letter on the 2kg . And the 5kg that they advertised on the pamphlet was not there. I asked the guy who is working there, he said to me, sorry mommy I cant help u, let me call the manager for you. the manager approached me with a bad manner. I asked him about the sugar that was advertised on the pamphlet,he asked me if I can read, referring me to the letter that was on the shelve, I asked him again about the sugar that was advertised on the pamphlet, not referring to the apology letter that was put on the shelve,he started to shout at me.then I asked him to give me the number, so that I can call the head office, he refused to give me the numbes..then I told him that am not going to leave the store without buying the sugar, he said he will call police for me. So do you call that customer service?
