Nice personal service kind of place. Decent prices. Not the complete selection but close enough. Pricing on non meat items not bargain level in my opinion but thats not really what you go there for. Wife swears by the quality.

They never have medium biltong over weekends. Guys cant you plan better?

This is a great butcher. They have some of the best biltong and droëwors you can get in South Africa, preferred taste.They have great service which allows you to pick your own biltong and let it be chopped up to your preferred thickness.They also have great value packs. These packs work especially great for couples who only have to buy for them selfs. Giving a right portions for each meal for a couple to have great meal. Each packs usually includes some beef, chicken and pork. You can. Request that the change some items.

I take my hat off for the way the branch and owner handle complaints. Few people do it right, and we are very happy with you. You will definitely retain me as a client.

As a rule, I buy a lot of my meat at Hokaai Faerie Glen because I live there and have always received very good quality and service. However, I have now bought twice a pigs neck for roasting and when I take it out of the box that night, it stinks that you are sick. The first time I threw it away, but the second time it was all I could serve and then marinated it well. Needless to say, the whole family had diarrhea the next day. Rest assured I will never buy packaged pork neck there again.

Special drive to Hokaai for quality meat for our potty this weekend. When we arrive at our destination and take out the meat it is BAD !!!! For your prices, I would hope for better quality. Extremely disappointing and I will NEVER buy from you again
