The two ladies in the office were not professional, not helpful, had an attitude. The Deputy Sheriff said they are nice to him and there is nothing he can do; thus my monthly subscription was cancelled.

Staff have no human relations

If I could I would have given a minus rating. Being in Cape Town and dependent on a Sheriff in Pretoria to get a Summons issued and feedback that is super frustrating as they do not provide any feedback not by phone nor answering any emailed questions.

Quite far out and office entry and outside area looked a bit dodge but they are inside. good service received overall.

There is a great mosque on the premises

You might get lost going there. Their service is good

Always problems that they cant solve immediately. There is no proper parking. Bitter pill to swallow whenever u have to deal with the office.... 😏
