They have a very poor service, their stuff is very incompetent been in class for 2 weeks to find out its a wrong class and not allocated in a group its like they intentionally want us to fail and when query they take their time...as we speak i dont lecturers and to save yourself the heartache walk away you deserve better they treat us like we owe them or dont pay school fees

Not happy with the way queries are handled, especially the part where its unclear whether the lecture has finished marking or not,nd the delay to update learner portal.

Friendly staff that I met. Students were quite busy with their studies. Covid 19 definitely has an impact on student life.

Despite the bad surrounding, this is a good college, quality education, this place is well organised, smooth flow of exams, assignments and other hand overs of other school work. this is thee most organised college compared to some Ive seen.yes they may take time and not reply to their Emails but when you speak to them face to face they handle your issues almost immediately but I mean they do need to fix they online communication for introverts and social anxiety people like me so its easier. Fees are reasonable and they are very digital.

Its a great campus

I am a student in Rc CBD campus. I sent an email through the student hub trying to understand if ever I Ill be able to apply for the supplementary exam since my result code for the module was FES. I never received any feedback and I kept on checking my emails . The service at RC is is so poor when it comes to academic queries and the fees including the repeat fees are extremely high. It is so bad to be part of an institution that you feel like they dont appreciate you.
