I’m studying through Moonstone, they have been very helpful during COVID with organizing our tests ect.

Never have I had such a bad experience with an educational institution. I thought by using moonstone, South Africas biggest compliance institution, I would be safe from unprofessional conduct.I have uploaded my assignments more than a month ago, and when I enquired about this, I was told they cant find my assignments online. Veronica and Michelle are absolutely rude to you, refusing to properly assist. The study material that is being supplied to students are from 2016, which indicates that it is completely outdated. The study material is also extremely vague in terms of what is expected of a student.I will not recommend anyone to study with Moonstone.
