Made a complaint in November to head office. Got a call back to say someone will contact me with regards to the email. Its January now and still nothing. No one answers the landline. I have tried numerous times. Bad bad bad customer service from Head Office. Pathetic.

I have been doing my nails for a while at Tammy Taylor Greenside and had the unpleasant experience of meeting a nail technician called Mpho. Rude Arrogant low life woman. The owner Seya has never corrected her behaviour. Condones it. Actually redirects your appointment to someone else if you have no option but to book with Mpho. Dont waste your time or money there. The academy is very welcoming, beautiful furniture, clean and they have very friendly and professional staff. Their nails are super beautiful.

Menlyn maine. He didn’t put in any effort at all. Might as well have bought glue on nails by clicks or dischem. Not the Tammy Taylor experience I thought I’d get.
