Worst travel agency. Arriving at booked hotel after 19h00, hotel informed that they were not paid. It happened two weeks ago in Cape town and had to pay hotel, still not refunded. This week, arriving at Airport from Kimberley, no shuttle. After phoning the friendly shuttle service, they were given the wrong time. 😝🙃😕😔
