This firm collects money from people on the behalf of docs without verifying the docs invoices or codes. I had experience with fraudulent doc processing invalid codes on my medical aid. In my case this doc charged me 4 times , Once reported to your firm i have received 0 feedback. Pracmed NEEDS to verify accounts from docs AND medical aid before demanding money from people. Its unethical to collect money without vaild codes or invoices , your accounts department is unprofessional and i hope their not invloved with stealing innocent peoples money. I have emailed pracmed 7 days ago. You have my info and detailed account of the above. No response from them. Pathetic service.
