Absolutely amazing service!Bought a series of books about 3 years ago from them, but only started reading them now. The pages started falling out. I gave them a call, explaining the situation. They exchanged the book for me without a hassle. I am super impressed with their service!

I loved this store when they hosted a Seatle Coffee shop and seats and coffee tables to read.This specific store also opens earlier on Saturdays than others in thr chain. Came in handy when I urgently had to find bookstore vouchers on the way to a birthday breakfast.But in its current just a book seller format, in the age of convenient Online bookstores, its days are surely numbered.I hope they bring back the coffee shop combination idea again.
