Work done was done to satisfaction, except that everytime you ask for a quote you get told dont worry it will not be that bad, and when everything is done you get slapped with a massive invoice, with a hourly labour rate of R650/hr which was quite excessive when every item worked on was quoted 1hr plus 4hrs for boat polish. If I knew that the rate was that high I would have said leave the 4hrs of polishing. Personally this left a sour taste in my mouth. And unfortunately I will look elsewhere to have my boat serviced in future. Its bad to do business this way.
