First of all the staff they were so friendly..the ladies at the reception made us feel comfortable..the room was so clean..nice enviroment and quiet..the only challenges is they do not have aircorn the room was very hot..and also no frigde and kettle in the room..but beside that l would love to go back there again..thank you..

I stayed for a night and then excited for longer, the Hosts are great and helpful, its really secure, I didnt lock my room the whole of my stay, the rooms are clean and comfortable, its central to many shopping complexes, I will recommend this place to others and stay there when in Pretoria again 🙂.

Ive stayed in many guesthouses when traveling for work, especially around Arcadia, but this is the best by far and I dont see myself changing it. Well done to the owners and service staff for a lovely experience.

I agree the place is clean. But they dont care to provide any utilities or guidance to a visitor to get around any queries, you beg for soap etc; No options for food around the place, not even a cup of tea even if its at a cost; no warming services in such cld weather. And the gentleman who stayed around couldnt even speak proper English which made it frustrating for me as a foreign. I was intrigued by the rating before booking but quite disappointed in reality because the services were poor.

Its our second day here and we are loving the experience,one more day to go and wish we dont have to leave,i recommend union guest house to anyone looking for classy but affordable accomodation
