Today the guy who was taking blood from me ignored another assistant who wanted to help him as I was bleeding very slowly. He was very rude to her and told her its okay he ll sort it out which he didnt. She lowered the armrest as she asked him to and the flow increased immediately from 20 to 90. Come on guys be more professional ànd listen to your colleagues when they want to help you

I have donated at various smaller centres in three provinces over the last 30 odd years, and was used to much less, until I discovered the Atterbury centre during the 2020 lockdown. Professional staff, thorough Covid protocols, spacious, comfy, friendly interactions.

The Place is amazing. The people are great except for the 2 white ladies at the front desk. I had to come for a high red blood cell blood draw and they were extremely rude to me for not knowing what the correct procedure was with my first time doing this. When asked when I should come again they ignored me so I had to ask one of the other people. He asked them and they said I will need to work out myself when to come again. Extremely put off by these 2 ladies. If they were not so rude and unhelpful, possibly even just explained the process to me then I would have been very happy to give 5 stars. I will insist on not having to deal with them again.

Love this place, the people are so kind and really care about you as a person. They have normal blood donation, plasma donation and platelet donation. 😁

These people are extremely friendly. They are also very capable. From front desk right to walking out you get smiles from staff. The Phlebotomists who drew my blood was also very knowledgeable about all aspects of blood donating, tests run on blood ect.

If you want to bleed, this is the place.

The facility is even better now at the new location. The staff members are friendly and efficient as always.
