Firstly it was a mission to get someone from this company to come to my house and take measurement and provide me with a quotation and eventually when I got the quotation I paid for the blinds and I was told that at most it will take 2 weeks for the blinds to be fitted. 5 weeks later, they are avoiding my calls, phones are constantly off and they do pick up I get sent from pillar to post, EXCUSE after EXCUSE. I have to constanly be the one following up on then, so unprofessional . Ive never experienced such, it is appalling to say the least. All I want right now is my full refund so that I can order the blinds again from a reputable company this time.Do yourself a huge favor, if you dont want stress in your life, avoid this company!!!! They dont deserve even 1 star...

On the 21 April I bought and paid R10 163,42 deposit for the blinds. On the 22 April I received an email stating ghat the installation will happen around the 10th May.I started making follow-up on the 14th May, and I get promises that they will phone me back, and it does not happen.Today is the 17th May, and no word from Blinds 4U. Not even a courtesy call or email giving me feedback or update.Bad customer service. I wish I used another service provider.
