Awesome bike shop... They know their stuff

More a review of one of their patrons. I went up to the previous owner (or was it the maker?) of the wooden bicycles showcased there, to praise his workmanship and the beautiful bicycles. I asked how much they go for. His response? You cant afford it. Wow.

One of the best bike stores in town! Spacious welcoming atmosphere. Great stock availability and price options. Easily spent an hour in the new store with a proper coffee.

Took my brand new bike in for its first ever service today it came back with a deep, 2cm scratch in the gap between the top tube and down tube. Highly disappointed and angry. would not recommend

I brought my bike in for a knocking noise eminating from the front shock. Turns out the front hub was kaput and needed replacement. I went for a ride the following day and found that the rim was more oval than round. After I got home from my ride, I phoned in (5 minutes after closing time, which is 6pm) and by chance Morne answered. I told him my problem and he offered to collect my wheel from my work place the following morning and have it returned once it was trued. Dana called me when the wheel was fixed and ready to be shipped out for delivery. Thumbs up and kudos for the personilzed service, thanks!

Was the first bike shop I visited that year and I was very helpful. Last year I became interested in mountain biking and started the year - 2017 - looking for my first bike. The sales rep Dewald helped me very well, answered all my questions and gave me advice on things I didnt think of. It was a plus to be in the store.
