Very helpful staff. Everytime I visited, I was greeted at the entrance and somebody offered to help me and to give advice. I always find what I am looking for. Even the friendly car guard in front of the shop makes you feel safe and comfortable. He is a good asset to the business.

Fair selection of hardware materials etc. But very pricey in comparison to other hardware stores in the area. Not my go to place for hardware. Just for emergency stops here.In response to the owners request. I bought Eurolux energy saver light bulbs 15 w at R59.99. The price for the exact same product at Chamberlains is R49.99. I bought 4 and could have saved R40. I did not find any alternatives in this store at a lower price and therefor had to take what was available.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff took my to grab list and helped me find all the unfamiliar stuff in a jiffy.Wicus patiently explained, and demonstrated functions of different power tools to help me choose the right one for the job. First time ever that my husband did not send me back because I got the wrong stuffI will never go anywhere else again.

I was really surprised with my experience there. In the past they were more expensive than Chamberlains or Builders, but these days the prices are comparable and sometimes cheaper.Parking is less of an issue than before, but still not great.The store is spacious but it feels like there is not enough stock. Usually there is one or two items they do not stock.Great place to stop if you are coming from the East, just so that you dont have to drive far to the other two larger shops. But be prepared that you may still need to drive further to get everything you need.

Got what l was looking for cheeper as previous places visited for prices. Found it at nearly half the previous quoted price from other supplier.

Bad service with extremely rood and arrogant staff, issued an electrical certificate with very shoddy work and below standards. would not use them or recommend them to any one.Just wondering if these kind of joint work is fit to pass an electrical certification according to your standards

Great for a quick shopping trip when you urgently need something but the business doesnt offer the same variety as expected. Gas bottle refills with slow service was my recent experience. The staff seemed preoccupied, not sure if I visited on a slow day because they came highly recommended by a friend.
