What a pathetic tops. Manager does not even know the current specials advertised online in the newspaper that is running from 1 March until 4 March, claims they haven’t been sent the information, and that they haven’t received the coupons. Informs me that the special is 10 per person when it says 5 per person. When you run a special for a specific date you should inform your staff of that special so that they are aware of it. And that manager should go for customer training as he does not know how to interact with customers, also didn’t bother to get off of the phone while “trying” to assist me. Bad bad tops. What ever happened to customer service?

Impressed by the service, bought drinks that had some problems. Went back a few days later and they exchanged it for me. Will definitely visit again thanks.

Again! No availablity of the advertised spesials. Same old... same old.. problem. I prosume this is the norm these days.
