Was an absolute dump a couple of years ago. But, after their major makeover it is a real pleasure to shop here. Also impressive is that their product range have been improved.

The customer service has dropped dismally over the years which is so disappointing because its in walking distance. I would rather drive further just to be treated better and leave there feeling good.

They are now open seven days per week.

Price do not agree with til slips.This happens regularly. also no there is no social distancing between tils. We are now visiting Ckeckers down the road more often.

A good one, you can buy food there as you wait at the clinic. Its also a good shopping centre for people staying around.

This spar has improved tremendously. Its cleaner, neater, and much better managed than it used to be. Cashiers could use some training on interpersonal relations but otherwise its a nice spar.The bakery is however not on standard.

The staff is very great Charles is always willing to assist and order items and theres always great specials and they close 8pm daily

Opens earlier abd closes late so is convenient for people who want to buy bread in the morning

This Spar is not neatly organised, there is almost no prices on the shelves or fridges. I personally feel frustrated with this Spar because it does not look after its clients. Please get this Spar up to standard

Well located within Doornpoort in the middle of Doornpoort eastern residential side, very convenient for emergency shopping after hours before 20h00 for those coming from work.

Great Spar, well organized and clean - basically what youd expect from your average Spar Supermarket, but it is a little on the small side and does lack some products. Its perfect for quick shopping visits though.

Poor and disappointing experience because their Management sell expired packed meat and shelf stock and on return of expired stock you dont even get a apology. Their Management and staff are very unprofessional from the floor staff up to the cashiers. Avoid this Spar to avoid a nightmare and unpleasant experience!!! Unfortunately I need to tick a star to be able to post this message but believe me they deserve nonthing like their Clients receive no Client satisfaction.

There is always an argument over pryses at the tills.The other Day my wife ask for a specific packet of heast, then the manager said to her if he must fly to capetown to Get it. I Will stop suporting them at all. Rather gô to pick a pay or OK.

What a joy to do shopping in this Spar. It is a clean and neat shop with friendly helpful staff

The People are lovely. The place is Clean. The food is almost fresh.

They open 7 h00 in the morning but if you want to purchase something at 8h00 there is only one till with a que of people, cashiers stand around looking confused. no prices on shelves due to renovations. Maybe with the new store we can look forward to better service.

It seems cashiers argue with each other in front of customers over plastic bags, they think we dont understand their language but I know enough, extremely unprofessional if you ask me. When I get to the front they cant scan some of my items because their is no label on to scan, then I have to stand and wait for them to try and find the price, nonetheless I left the item and told them Im not waiting longer. They should have this ready. Customers shouldnt have to wait for this. Not a pleasant store to visit, sorry.

Chaos... the layout sucks!Every time I go there things are different and they always seem to be renovating for some obscure reason.The staff that I have encountered have always been friendly. My compliments. Unfortunately the staff isnt the only aspect that determines the shopping experience.

I went to Doornpoort spar today and bought a tart that was completely rotten and mouldy inside. Apon taking it back and informing the manager that Im a qualified ISO 22001 officer and that I am also allowed to do inspections on his premises. I was told to take my money and leave. He also told me this happens daily. What a joke. Do not visit this spar.

I love going to Spar but as of late I cannot stand going to Doornpoort Spar. I would rather drive further to another Spar. My reason is that the staff are not motivated at all and have no passion. I would rather pay a computer than to have to deal with the extremley unhelpfull and unsatisfying service.

Hojrs are accomodating and the shop is very well laid out making shopping a pleasure

The Spar is being upgraded and is starting to take on a very different look and feel.

Meat is rotten service is very poor managers dont care of there is a problem the sugar is like stone they just dont care about there clientelle
