Wednesday night eat as much as you can ribs.

Do not waste your time. Made the mistake of walking in with my husband and parents. Didnt even get greeted by the lady host. Walked to take a seat ourselves. 10 minutes later and we still didnt receive menus. Eventually asked someone who looked like a waiter, but he ignored us because he was their bartender. Eventually the host literally dropped 4 menus without a single hello, or welcome. After looking at the menu for a good 5 minutes we were ready even though the menu was VERY small. Again we couldnt find a waiter and the host was playing on her cellphone. Bear in mind, we were the only customers in the store!!! So there was absolutely no excuse for the service. I never in my life will ever return to this restaurant. And better yet, I would never return to this useless casino.

We went for the bottomless ribs. Cozy atmosphere and the service was adequate.However, the ribs was an utter disappointment. 70-80% fat and sinew. It didnt even look like ribs. It seemed like cut-offs of some sort. I picked out what meat I could.Willing to adjust my review if the product improves. Until then, I cannot recommend this place for its ribs.Not sure about their other meals.

We went for the chicken wing special. I would like see their scale. 1kg wings and chips with beer or soft drinks. Not even with the plate on the scale would those wings and chips be 1kg. Im a very small frame and thin woman and I was hungry after that meal. We had to pay for our soft drinks. No Brew Monkey. Get your head out of your ass and do something about it. Your place are so quiet already and do yourselves a favour and answer your critics. Every criticism is good.One thing I would say is that your chips is awesome and I dont even like potatoes and so are your coffee

Good atmosphere, its open late after shows at Sun Arena. The menu is fine, and the draft beers are reasonably priced. A great place to hang out with mates or even a simple dinner for 2.

Though of having a nice quite burger. Well. The first time - great ambience. Food was good. Today- music loud and not from this world. Food not ok. I think that was the problem. Food not being consistent.Want to come back!!! Please if any manager reads this. Its all about constancy and customers.even the older generation. Thou I am not old yet.

Overall not impressed with the Brew Monkey. Definitely not a place to visit for the food alone. Ordered the Brew Monkey Burger and I still get sad thinking of the quality of that burger. Service was on the slower side. Would have regretted the visit if the company I had wasnt so good.

Absolutely not impressed!Please please please get it right you have an awesome idea but the worse service i have experienced since home affairs and the traffic department.Dont loose the plot! Excellent Service beats bad food and hot beer anytime.I am very disappointed. And I took some high profile media people with me. #damnpity

Nice place to enjoy a meal and or something to snack on or something other eg. Refreshments beverages. Place situated on the main floor of the casino

We went for bottomless ribs, that was ment to end on 31st of March, but today (28th of February) the special was suddenly gone.. Annoying light bulb flickering, I mean really guys, fix the damn lights. To top it all off, there is no background music, just the lovely sound of casino games... Oh yes, I almost forgot.. Friendly staff, but absolutely terrible service. Heavily overpriced for what you get, I was not impressed.

Bad experience, products up to no standard and absolutely no taste. 100% Beef burgers definitely not 100%. Manager just tells us its standard like this and the owner is sun I ternational

I never complain. I went out of my way to write this review. Went 3 times. Worst service we have ever had. This place is empty for a reason.

Terrible service, very expensive. Manager Anele not available for complaints, left her cellphone at the till so cannot be phoned. When she eventually returned she did not apologise at all. Super Rugby on at the same time as FA Cup final, all tvs in the pub only on soccer and refuse to change it. I took a photo of the 12 people in the pub while the soccer was on, nobody watching it. No regard for rugby fans, I hope all rugby fans avoid this establishment.

Very disappointed in this place. Very expensive for a very avg experience. Food was R60 for 8 slices of fried pickle. 2 of our glasses were dirty and they did have stock of items on their menu. Place wo t see me again

This is the worst service we received at Brew Monkey at Time Square. We had to ask for everything we needed.......plates, serviettes, wet napkins.....and the food is cold.....and then when you want to speak to a Manager or Supervisor then no one is around......funny that

Worst service Ive ever seen, waiting over 40 mins for them to pour 1 beer...The all you can eat ribs tasted like dog food too, some were cold, didnt even want to eat further.
