Overall great service. The technicians are very friendly and welcoming. However on my latest visit the lady who did my wax really struggled with my hair.She was professional and pleasant though.

I booked my child and her friend for a manicure. They were so slow and took forever to get the space ready and sanitised. They then said there was not enough time to do the nails they wanted. After I left they spoke about the children in their own language. Horrible people.

I went in for waxing my upper lip and eyebrows. Had the worst experience. The lady poured wax on my hair and she struggled to get it off. Afterwards she then proceeds to use a tweezer to pluck my hair off my upper lip and continues hurting

The service that I received was not on the level that I have experienced at my previous visits. The receptionist didnt greet or acknowledge me, I sat down and the next lady that walked in after me was greeted and was asked if they can help her.I did gelyish nails and the gel was not dry and only saw it after I have paid and left the shop. I sent a complain to the shop, the response was not good. I asked for a refund and that was paid to me, even though I did not want refund but for my nails to be fixed.The need to learn to treat the client the same way both black and white.

What a unpleasant experience. I booked a appointment for 12 and when I get there they dont assist you just tell you to have a seat. I was there till 12:30 and nobody assisted me. There were 3 ladies behind the counter and another 3 just standing there! Never will I go back there again and I wont most definitely not recommend Sorbet Woodlands to anyone.

Dont book late appointments. The ladies want to leave early to get transport (which is understandable). However this should not affect the quality of service one receives. I was not at all happy with the quality of service and will not come for a return visit.

Very dissatisfied with the service from Sorbet Woodlands. Not only did I get painful, scarred face after waxing but also was over charged. They couldn’t even explain the maths of the individual charges...which made it clear that pricing was made up. She then tried to convince me a R10 refund was due but then asked me how must she refund it? wth.Do not recommend this place. Comprises of unprofessional and unskilled therapists. First time I had multiple cuts on my face after waxing.

The therapists walked the extra mile for us. Treatment was good. Salon clean. Very happy.

After going to Sorbet Woodlands for some time now i feel that the staff is so unprofessional...feel like I got ripped off yesterday by them.. booked for my daughter and I to have certain treatments only to find out that the lady doing our treatment as we went along decided to add in things and charge us extra for the extras we had not booked..quiet clearly they work on commission but this is not on when you have not booked for these...the end result is we going to a professional salon to redo the treatments properly...Dont recommend this Salon!

Today I was late with 10 minutes due to traffic and when I came in she said no problem mam sit at he back I will send somebody. Needless to say 20 minutes later still no service so I thanked them foe no service and walked out.

My mom decided to make an appointment for both of us yesterday and I had my nails painted. The lady who helped me didnt wear a name tag so I have no idea who she is, was running late with her previous client so I waited which was not an issue. Then 15min later she started with me and I wanted black nails with glitter on 2 fingers... It was like I was asking for some miracle and how dare I after a lengthy discussion her trying to change my mind about glitter we proceeded with the glitter I wanted.She then decided to give me one coat of nail polish which is already wearing off this morning.By the end of the appointment I was super unhappy and she could see it she told me that her next client is here and thats it for my appointment whether Im happy or unhappy.Super disappointed because I always come to sorbet for a treat and always speak highly of you guys!

If you make an appointment to get your nails done you expect it to look professional and neat. I made an appointment for a gelish manicure and it looks horrible, I could have done a bettet job myself.
