WORST experience. I am getting married this weekend. Booked a specific nail style. Get there the morning of, oh sorry we do not have stock. Can we do the nails for you that cost R 300 more? SOOO unprofessional and not helpful at all.

This was possibly thee most dissapointing experience i have ever had in a salon. Staff was so unprofessional and rude that its almost as if i was bothering them with my business. My instructions were also almost purposely ignored and done the opposite of by. will highly recommend boycotting this branch.

Service was good, though the 1st time I went I arrived just before closing time and was told I no uncertain terms to come back. Product I bought is amazing

Esther my nail technician was amazing and gave me my girly hands back. My nails are looking awesome.

Nails came off after a week because my therapist kept forgetting to turn on the nail light. The staff are really not friendly and it seems like they hate their jobs. Sorbet Loftus have set the benchmark for all Sorbets....

Took my niece for some pampering. Love Sorbabies. Staff is professional & patient with the little ones.

The nail technician took very long, but the end product was fine.

Had a gelish manicure removed and a week later still have painful nails from over-filing/ filing too much. I have splinter hemorrhages in most nailbeds as well as scabs on the fingers where my skin was filed off in the process. My nails are paper thin and I can hardly put any pressure on my fingers. Will never return.

The ladies that have performed treatments are friendly.Things to improve:1. Professionalism of staff2. Air extraction in the store needs to be turned on3. Knowledge of skin and treatments4. Listening to the customer’s needs (I asked for extraction to be done in specific areas and this was brushed over).There is little “special care” given.

Not good experience with appointments. People helping you will tell you appointment has been moved and then it isnt. Nail artist is good, but rest of service not so good and employees dont always willing to help you.

Refill nails pricing rediculous. I will not support corruption.

Totally unprofessional!!!!Something seriously wrong with the phones!!! Had to go in every time to make an appointment!The receptionist the WORST!! Every booking was wrong and there are always numerous workers standing at the reception talking. Client have wait extremely long before been helped.French tips lifted after 2 days and within about a week one nail fell off. Made another appointment for new set and on arrival again the booking was wrong. Got up and walked away!!!!! Will advise my friends not to use sorbet at the Grove at all!!!!!!

The treatment room is dirty and full of hair on the ground and the lady that did my treatment is not friendly at all. Also, when I chose a Gelish colour on the colour wheel, it was out of stock? So why not take it off the wheel? Very disappointed with this branch. They did not even offer anything to drink like all the other branches

Did my nails beautifully. I did gell it did not start peeling of. Service received 100%. Social skills a bit on the weak side.

Went in for Eyebrow wax and got the worst results ever. Now have to cover up my brows with liner till they grow back. I’m really disappointed have always waxed my brows but had not had bad results before as this. Lesson learnt....

I had my eyebrow wax and tint on Sunday and had the worst chemical reaction where they waxed me.The service was good, but due to my skin problem I wont be waxing anytime soon.

Horrible experience (10/08/2017) . The staff was making so much noise in the kitchen , asked if they could time it down and it never stopped. one of the staff members actually came to sit by me and continued the chat with her fellows. when I told her she was too loud it seemed she thought I should have known Im at a stadium and theres a soccer game . she never stopped . no one did anything about it .poor management .

To be honest I do not know how good or bad they are. I even did not have a chance to get a haircut there. The admin told me that the place is for black people only and sent me to do haircut to a white barber.

My nails started peeling of in two days after doing them at Sorbet The Grove not only did mine but my sister and my mothers nails started peeling of. The survise was horrible. The staff makes so much noice and laughs all together and makes you feel like they are talking about you while one is trying to relax. Also tried booking over the phone and we couldnt get hold of anyone after trying multiple times and had to go to the store to make a booking.Cleanliness is horrible I had to ask for clean towels as the lady was about to use the lady who had sat their before I did towels on me.

Worst experience ever. Though the personele was friendly, they had a lack of knowledge how to do a eyebrow wax, or they just didnt care when applying extremely hot wax and pluck skin instead of small hair.The new owner did phone and apologized for her employee.

The worst experience ever! Dont bother going there. The staff was awful. Made an appointment and specifically told them what I was booking for only to find that they werent equipped to do a simple fill. Very disappointed.

No one ever answers the phone!!! used to be good but recently nails have been messy and peel after a week. not happy.

Warning!! Please be aware of Sorbet, The Grove! I picked up a nail fungus!!! First time in my life ive got something like that!! It is very painfull!! A college of mine had the same problem after visiting Sorbet, The Grove!! Refer to the previous reviews & Hello Peter!!!

Horrible experience! Did my nails, and it broke after two days, I called and they couldnt help me but gave me an appointment for the next week,when I got there they said they dont have the products for my nails and that I had to come back another time. Bad management, extremely lazy staff.
