I started going to Sorbet Salon Loftus Park for body wax and iam soooo disappointed.You expect to be waxed by one lady since it’s a sensitive and private part and obviously you would like to form a good relationship with the person waxing you. But not with this Sorbet, I have waxed with them 4/5 times and I get a different person all the time (they keep resigning). I can’t be touched by different ladies all the time.It’s high time I change salons. I like the receptionist though, very friendly

The front desk service is always great. The lady (name starts with a T) whos designated to assist with the facial products is quite informed i.t.o the in-store products. Its quite a hassle to get an appointment with the threading assistant.

The ladies are nice people but I don’t think they are very experienced with doing nails. So I did acrylic and gelish nails and already 10 days later the gel and acrylic is out. My nails look funny like I was doing them at home. When I do at Brooklyn I can last up to two months.I don’t recommend this sorbet at loftus .

I dont like how u do gelish nails . Centurion sorbet does them better than u guys. My nails are 1 week old but look like I did them 3 months ago. Its not on if u dont want to do nails just close tht sorbet no ones forced u to work maan.

Very friendly, my go-to nail salon. however not all the ladies has the same skill level. I made an appointment to do French nails and the lady I got said shes not very comfortable with French and the other ladies were on lunch.

Graet service, facilities and products, Im just not sure that the barbers have any clue of what theyre doing; got a somewhat bad haircut.
