Bought an upright vertical smoker about 2 years ago, i was guaranteed it was a robust smoker that will last a lifetime, i bought it with the hope of commercial perpose and was guaranteed it would work..... Paid R37k. 1 week in and handles broke off and to this day it is falling apart.
