It was okay. However they tend to judge and profile you on how much you should pay for certain services, you look presentable - youre likely to pay more. I didnt feel they were transparent enough but what I went there to do was done well.

I went in looking for just one replacement tyre, although the stock showed one, it was not physically there. The Service person not only told me that there was no stock, but had already organised for a tyre to be brought in from another branch. Coming from a retail background I do understand that there are going to be incidents like this. First of all I appreciate the honesty, when a mistake has been made, but more so I appreciate when the problem is resolved without disrupting my day too much. The Extra 15 minutes were neither here nor there. Well done to Dunlop Zone. I have supported your opposition for the last 7 years, but realised that their strategy is now to chase profit and not look after the customer. So disappointed!A quick reminder that people do not buy products they buy feelings, this is important in the tyre market. No matter how good your product may seem to be, I will support those that care for me and my safety and not their bottom line.

I must say very good service indeed. The staff truly saved our lifes by identifying that the ball joint was total worn-out and had to be replaced urgently. If it was not for that well then the hospital or worse would have been our ending. Thank you for professional staff who really took the time to search for the problem and I even went bank for the alignment once the issues was fixed. Thanks everyone involved

Don’t let them touch your 4x4 tires.. they will hide the damage they had caused you, hoping you’d not see.. when you do.. then the agony starts trying to have it resolved. It’s all good when things go well.. but you will see how people can really be when faced with an issue.. Honesty is the first rule in business...!!! should you ever experience anything with this place.. DEMAND them to IMMEDIATELY have their insurance jump on it.. or you will wait 6 months “after nagging and nagging them” to follow up. Yes we had to import the damaged tires.. but to get them to that point to use the insurance took forever... insurance luckily had it sorted in literally two weeks... well done to them! Dunlop van Der Hoff Management was absolutely a depressing experience.. Then only to receive the two wrong tires after all the fighting and waiting.. so now I have two different looking wheels on my 4x4. ONE ISSUE AFTER THE OTHER..!!!! So after all that.. the anger doesn’t stop..any way... hope the guy received more training on that machine whom caused me the damage, and this past experience has management realize the frustration and anger caused will have people share their experience on a platform.. I’m now stuck forever with this oddness in tires their workmanship caused..! To now try fix that ???? So I’m giving UP..!!! Never will I deal with them EVER AGAIN!!!!

What a waste of time??? 11:30 arrived for wheel alignment and 12:45 the car wasnt yet aligned even though I was told that there was a queue for only 3 cars. I had to pay the chap that does the alignment extra because wanted to knock off before doing my car.
