Drove 20km to buy a thermostat for Thermomax. They informed me that it takes the long one. I aske 3 times are they sure and they assured me it was. Got home and it was not. Now I have to drive there again. I could have driven 800m to my nearest hardware but trusted them. Will not do that again!

Had an emergency plumbing requirement for waterspout seals. Arrived at the store at 13:00 when closing on Saturday. Personell refused to help. Really bad attitude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Rather go to Chamberlains or Builders Warehouse!

R3 800 to unblock a drain in less than 1 hour seems ridiculous. They are also not registered with any professional body. Insist on cash and subcontract the work out. Will not supply rates when requested.
