Very impressed,compare to what I experienced at wonderpark.I took my son to cut and Shona did his hair and I must say its beautiful.I underestimated the Pretoria central branch,but according to what I experienced today I even regret why I did not cut my hair with them instead of wonderpark.Jealous down guys you are doing an amazing job. The first time I went to legends Barber in Pretoria CBD I showed my barber a picture of what I wanted and I got exactly that🤭..I have been cutting there ever since and its been 2years now I am very loyal to my Barber Karaboh Malope and I am more then happy with how professional he is and and the good service🤗🙌

My disatisfaction is around the product supply, which i feel have been compromised at this store. Ive been a loyal legends customer for years and i have found a home at legends due to your quality service and products. I value my money and really dont mind to pay for good quality. Lately ive noticed that pretoria central store is neglected in terms of product supply. I cut my hair every 2 weeks. On my last 3 conservative visits the store has been out of stock on legends black hair dye. On my last visit which was on the 17th of July 2021 the whole store was out stock on black hair dye. Karabo the store manager and my barber Kamo tried their level best to assist me and went purchase black hair dye for me. Big ups to the two guys, they were very helpful and went an extra mile to provide the good service. With all due respect can the higher management give attention to the store, by supplying enough legends quality products to the store.and ensure that the quality and the standard of Legends barbershop doesnt get compromised. Hoping to receive a better service on my next hair cut visit.

If I could Id give it NO/NADA/ZILCH stars for customer service 😡 had to wait close to 4 hours to get a haircut! The only saving grace was the barber who did a stellar job. Receptionist was rather casual & kept soliciting for a tip😕Excuse me?! PS: The hair-powder is TRASH!!

The barber was awesome, very nice attitude. The haircut was fine after 2 years of keeping an afro so the barber did a good job. The only downside is that he couldnt do my beard, which is the biggest part of my haircut but he was honest he did want to mess it up. Overall the experience was good. If you want a good experience go in the morning, immediately they open.

If you care about you image don’t get your hair cut at this place. This is by far thy worst hair cut ever, I’m regretting. There is this yellow bone guy with golden front teeth plate, who MUST get fired. He can’t style hair, all he knows is to apply dye and cut hair like his using a lawn mower.Im sure that his using Nyaope or something. If you are reading this and thinking of getting your hair cut at this place then, be warned or go there to prove me right by getting a bad hair cut. It’s best you go back to ekasi and get a hair gut in a shack or under a tree. Legends is overrated believe me.If you don’t believe me go and waist your money and prove me right.I’m disappointed 😔

If u dont know anyone in the shop prepare to stand the queue the wholeday while people just pass you by,the list thing just for those who know no one and they can take any1 from the back of the queue at anytime
