Absolutely horrible. My boyfriend got a haircut but it looks like a 4 year old got ahold of scissors. If you are gonna charge that much for a haircut atleast do a good job!..

I really enjoyed going to this hairdresser (Cindy was the hairdresser that did my hair). The prices are very high, but too be honest I feel that it was worth it. I can confidently say that my hair has never looked as good as Cindy made it look. If youre looking for a way to spoil yourself, go here!

Absolutely TERRIBLE! All I wanted was an all over colour no to buy the whole salon or extras and that fact your not allowed a colour without a treatment is disgraceful (make it clear on the website PLEASE) The stylist was way way too pushy. Also the prices on the website were completely different to what the stylist was telling me. I will not recommend anyone to come here. And it just shows they have targets to reach because of how pushy they are. Really not acceptable. Im not being told I cannot have a colour done without a haircut and treatments. Absolutely TERRIBLE

I am not impressed with this place. I paid over R500 for a so called haircut. At first, the lady who washed my hair took so little care of me. She basically put the shampoo onto my hair without lathering and then just washed it off with water. That made me self conscious as I thought something was wrong with my hair that she did not want to touch me. I went to go sit for my haircut and the hairdresser literally cut off the tiniest of pieces and then told me that she can still feel the conditioner in my hair. She took me back to the sink where she rinsed my hair and I went to go sit down, thinking she was going to continue the haircut. I was mistaken. Apparently she was finished with my hair. When I stood up I hardly noticed any hair on the floor, thus thinking she was going to continue. I wasted my money and time. I am not happy.

The best hair salon with the friendliest service I have ever seen. Hair salons with Caucasian staff tends to look down on our black women and have comments such as your hair is too big or youll have to try an African salon because we cant do your hair here. Or they just look at us with disgust. This hair salon is for everyone, the only issue they might have is when its too short for them to handle; otherwise they are trained to manage the afro. I strongly recommend this hair salon for everyone, black and white.

My stylist was very friendly and gave me the best service. 5* service, friendly staff, great vibe.My stylist Nadja took her time to explain everything she did to my hair and every single product that she used. She also gave me good home care advice. I walked out looking and feeling fabulous.

Great place to have your hair done. Janine, Calvin and the rest of the team are absolute masters at what they do. I refuse to have my hair cut at any other salon.

First hair cut there was very disappointing. I went back the next day so that the lady could actually do a better job. Not properly cut around the ears, spots where the hair was never cut. Just an all round R 20 hair cut yet I paid R295. Thought you pay for what you get? In this case this was not the case.

Had a terrible experience. I had an appointment with one of the student hairdressers, I had to leave early at work since I am far from the location of the salon, on my way there (after getting stuck in traffic), I contacted the lady to inform her that I am on my way- at which she indicated that she forgot about the appointment (the date and time was set by her). I know that this appointment was with one of the student hairdressers- but this gives a really bad impression about the salon. Totally unacceptable.
