I had lunch at Zappas on Tuesday with my wife, our kids and a friend.After we enjoyed an amazing lunch, we left. 2 days later I was looking for my wallet, and only after looking at my bank statements did I realize the last place I used it was at Zappas.I took a chance and phoned them, the very friendly manager answered and told me that my wallet was safe with them. Abel the waiter took it to them and all my cards, and all my cash was still in my wallet.great service, and a great meal.You really cant beat Zappas for value or service.We will be back many times

Went there for a friends birthday as a first time visit. Had an excellent waitress. The food was good and value for money.

Warm , friendly and great staff , management and outstanding food. Theres really not much more to say. We have been going here for over 8 years and it only seems to get better. They also have a new menu which we are looking forward to trying out! Keep it up!

It was my first visit ever to Zappas. I have heard so many good things about it and wanted to experience it myself.It is true. It is a very nice relaxing atmosphere. The play area for the children is also great. Safe parking is a big plus.The food, the service prices, friendly staff was great. Well enough to visit again. Unfortunately it is not close to where I stay to visit more frequently.

Nice place to go watch sports in their flat screens while enjoying a lekka meal. I especially enjoyed the complimentary shooter we received with our meals. Fast and friendly service which can also be described as casual. The food was like described in the menu. Today I took a chance and went with something other than my usual favourite and was pleasantly surprised. Not many can prepare a eishbein crispy on the outside and still with flavour and juicyness on the inside. I should add I absolutely loved their cream spinach. The only thing that prevents me from giving five stars, I found it kind of hard to move trough the limited spaces between the tables.

Please update the menus. Price on menu on Google Maps is different than the ones at the Restaurant. The Eisbein was good! If menu prices was correct I would have given it a 5 star. Staff also friendly and atmosphere is good. 👍

Great place to sit with family, friends and colleagues: its so simple and cosy. The menu is fitting into 1 double sided A4, but the prices taste of the food will make you a fan of this place. They open till 2am, so you will have plenty of time to enjoy the evening.

What a disappointment. The quality of the food is definitely going backwards compared even to the beginning of 2021. Hope they realise their current cheffs is only making the sauces taste good and not the food it self. Dont order steak and definitely dont order the veggies

Waited very long for waiter to take order for food and when eventually arrived food were cold. No excuse offered when mentioned to waiter. Milkshakes definitely not up to standard nor cold coffee.

Took over an hour to bring our meal. I requested a lemon butter for my calamari. Half an hour later still no lemon butter. Manager comes to tell me the lemon butter is on its way and he is sure my calamari is cold by now. A second manager tells me she wasn’t aware that I was waiting for lemon butter. No sign of the waiter. Eventually lemon butter arrives by now the manager wants to know what I suggest he does when he overheard me say that I had a terrible meal. He eventually offers to bring me a new meal as it was now 20:46 I declined. For the first time in my life I did not tip the waiter. His service was non-existent. I am normally a good tipper. As I leave manager says he hopes to see me soon to which I answer ‘NEVER’. Worst meal of my life 2.5 hours and I went home hungry!!!!

Bad management, poorly trained waiters.... offering drinks not on the menu. Then food on the menu cant be served because the ovens werent ready. Kids drinks served incorrectly costing more than a coffee. Shocking and unacceptable.!!! Come on. 10.30 on a Saturday and these are the excuses. Reach out if you need help.

Best pork belly ever!!

Very well priced food with excellent quality and taste. 500g T-bone with chips @ R55.00 is highly recommended. Parking is a bit of an issue. Nevertheless you can have your car washed while you dine. See you soon

Really good vibe and lots of place to sit. The have and indoor and out door section, as well as an upstairs bar. There are TVs throughout the place with the latest sports and the service is fantastic, friendly and timely. Their food comes out fast, and the taste is homemade. The also have their own wood pizza oven for that authentic pizza taste. I really enjoy Zappas and highly recommend it. They have been going through many renovations and it is look more beautiful by the day.
