Good, clean and beautiful hotel. Lovely facilities. The technical staff can be a bit more friendly and helpfull for function hire.

Poor administration and service. Im just in dismay.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment as i was travelling with my 2 kids and husband.We received a call from reception an hour before checkin who was very casual in telling us our apartment had been flooded ,thy will have to give us two seperate rooms.I aas not impressed at all with this as our 12 year old had to slesp alone in his own room ehilst my daughter whos 2 years old had to b stuck in one room .It was a horrible experience for my kids .The wifi signal in the rooms is terrible good as not there ,u only get signal when you are downstairs .The pool was also emptied and we were only told on arrival but the ad did say pool was available .My kids did not enjoy the long weekend at the NewHotel .

Rooms are self catering, fully equipped. Highly recommended.

I have been here for a short course we were using their suites, their service is right on time and the food was so amazing. They are friendly and active. I would recommend booking here for your meetings and other related activities.

Careless staff or was it on purpose??My mother was booked at this hotel for four nights, on her last night while sleeping there was suddenly people in her room talking. She woke up so traumatized and confused and screaming! Staff at reception said it was a mistake! Just like that! They simply couldn’t explain what had happened! That was invasion of privacy and the incident has left her very traumatized as it infringed on her safety while at your hotel. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone

The Fortis hotel in PTA is a pleasantly modern niche hotel situated on a busy street in Hatfield Pretoria. It oozes charm and character with high end decor. The rooms are slightly smaller than your bigger chain hotels but very comfortable. The breakfast selection was average, normal buffet. For a quick stay over in Pretoria its worth a visit.

The staff were amazing and helpful and the food delicious! However, I booked through the central site for bed and breakfast, and was then told I had to pay more for breakfast as it wasnt included etc etc. Absolutely infuriating! But apart from that, amazing staff; beautiful place and the room was great!

Poor service delivery I stayed in a cold room the aircon was not functional. Made a couple of calls to the reception asking for assistance. I want to believe they knew it was not working and they intentionally did not come to look at it. The beds are old the TV system outdated.The only good thing was the breakfast.I would not recommend it to anyone I care for and to someone who wants a comfortable place and value for your time. If I come back to this it will be for food only.

The place is not that bad

The room is ok, but the area of the Kitchen + Living could be better decorated. The bed is comfortable and the room is big. The common areas of the hotel are very beautiful and nice. The location is good, but it can be too noisy at night on the weekends. The staff is gentle!

Parking shortage remains a big problem. The limited parking is so awkward to navigate. Having more healthy options for their conference packages would be an advantage

The place is falling apart, light bulb plugs are not up to standard, got there around 14:00 and they were still cleaning the rooms. Very embarrassing for a hotel in Hatfield, dissatisfied

It is in the heart of Hatfield, next to shops and amenities within walking distance.

The place is not bad, the reception and sitting area is one of the best. The problem is with the rooms, the toilets leaked, and the keys do not work, one has to move between the room and the reception. To make matters worse, the lifts do not work, imagine carrying your heavy bags up and down the stairs especially from fourth floor. Please put your house in order

I waited more than 15 minutes to get service from the reception area and even then it wasnt quality service. The hotel needs to do much better. This wasnt my first encounter with such.

.I like this hotel for its great conference rooms, healthy lunch, and friendly staff. It is very well situated at 10 minutes walking distance from Hatfield Gautrain Station. Patio is smoke free, the Hotel is close to restaurants and to a shopping centre.

One of the upmarket hotels in Kempton park. Its near OR Tambo international airport and it house in casino. This is the tourist attraction point of arrival. Confortability and good service is the order of the day here. If it happens you go to the casino that is of course on the same building, gamble widely.

A nice hotel in town, mostly suitable for business events and training.Lobby and conference rooms are nicely decorated and are suited for purpose.The hotel is however in town so dont expect sight seeing here.

Does not deserve its 3 star status nor value for money. Imagine paying R25 for a 330ml Coke whereas a 440ml cost R15 at a restuarant next door. Buffet dinner served 3 main dishes and African cuisine undercooked. This place needs serious maintenance - pool paint cracking, carpets smelly and old. Many safety hazards observed. Govt departments are holding lots of conferences here - this is a rip-off.

Fortis Hotel Manor was previously called Protea Hotel. It is located in Hatfield near shell garage. It has specious conference rooms which makes it attractive to many companies that want to hold workshops. It is a small hotel with may be 30 rooms or so. It shares the parking with City Lodge located on Hilder road. It has a nice food restaurant on the first floor. I am not aware whether it has a swimming pool.
