We havent had any good service from them. Always over promise and under deliver. Their installation team just leave without cleaning the area where theyve installed the signage. In our case it was our reception area. Our clear perspex signs are filthy, full of finger prints and glue behind it which looks very unprofessional. Numerous times we tried to contact Lindi from Sign Company but shes never available (well the phones just kept ringing) she doesnt answer her cellphone neither her emails. I wont be using them again in future.

The Sign Company did the signage for our new company this week and it has everyone talking!The service we received from the team was exceptional. They went out of their way to assist me to get the signage up before our board meeting. The installation team they send was able to make onsite adjustments where it was required. It is obvious that the Sign Company is all about customer service. They are experts in this field!
