Good place to shop its big and have all products needed but its get too packed up on pay days. Ques get too long

Friendly staff. Very organized and easy to find products with zero assistance. Mostly busy but checkout is quick, that balances out the business. Definitely worth shopping at.

Very disappointed with the service. I always go to shoprite at denlyn mall without any problems. Today, the cashier was so rude, ignoring me and being disrespectful. Im a friendly person, especially with cashiers as I have been 1 before. I asked a simple question and was just disregarded, and Im with my 2 month old and 2year old.

Hi. A lady by the name of Katlego at the till gave me exceptional service, I had a very horrible experience with one of her colleagues and moved to pay by her till, I immediately asked her for the manager as soon as she started processing my goods, she humbly asked if theres anything she can do to assist after showing me where the managers office is, I told her what was bugging me, she apologised for her colleagues behaviour, to cut a long story short. Shes amazing, her kindness and smile are contagious, my complaint turned into a good review because of her, thank you 😊

It was very bad the cashier named khesane at the money market is very rude too... I came for NSFAs cash back and she said I should go to another shop why did I come there.. She preferred servicing another person whilst I came first because she wanted a card cashback I was hard broken its not like I dont pay to get the cashback........n I wanted to give my parents the money to buy food with it.........she made me have the worst evening ever

Money market queue is long and only 1 cashier is working at the till. This has to stop, we tired of getting poor service because is at the location.
