I have been here a few times. The staff does not seem to want to be there. The pricing on the shelves on some products are wrong!!!! I am disappointed. I bought razors. I double checked the pricing and it stated R49. When I paid, it came up to R90 for disposable razors!! I would NEVER pay R90 for disposables but now I did and have to accept it. The dog food was priced incorrectly too but the discrepancy is only a few rands and I can live that down but not R50 more on disposable razors!!!!

Worst service ever. Cashiers and manager chatting with friends at till points while other customers have to wait in line.

I do not understand why the store is still operating. Ive never seen a more disorganised place than this store, with impolite and ignorant staff. Why are you still in operation??? we need a checkers or Spar anything thats better than this nonsense being offered to us. I came in the morning to buy hake and rolls. Ofcourse the dan fish tasted like RUBBER!!!!! Again no staff members by hotfood section. Get new staff or close the store!!!!

When is this shop closing down. Please can we get a Spar, Checkers or any other shop on this premises. The shocking bad service from the personnel should not be tollerated by any customer. Personnel have no interest in assisting any customer no matter whatever the request is. Close this shop please.

Bought groceries here but was disappointed when we had to wait in line for a long time because of the cashiers. I would love to go again for a different experience

Very proffesional and good quality

THe Pick n Pay Sinoville never has enough tills open. There is always queues at the till. They always have a few items that are out of stock. I do not blame the staff as they are always nice, but I feel this a problem with management with how they run the store. It is sad when you live a block away from a store, yet you would rather drive a few km further to get decent service. The Sinoville Centre is starting to come right now with the addition of Westpack Express and Petzone. Not to mention the awesome Sinoville Butchery. But if the Pick n Pay continues being so lazy with its management, Im afraid it might begin affecting the other stores as well.

Visited in 12 May20, prices still differ between shelves and cashier. Had to go fetch shelve tag again. Specials on table were called a new lockdown word, see attached photo!

Two tills open. 08:30. No answer at managers office. This chain must close. One till cashier running down the one row shouting, card payment only, while other cashier dance on chair whilst sitting. Oh my word. Checkers, Woolworths... come take over at Sinoville!!! 🙏🏻⚔

Bad service and when we request the manager he dissapears.. sells miffed dog food

We try to avoid it cause there service and products are worse than Checkers. So we usually drive much further just for Checkers. There are often beggars inside bugging you. And now, it is 14:00, they close at 15:00, but they just closed the doors in front of us.

Worst experience ever! Store is not neat, staff isnt friendly only 3 tills open and store is busy. Really not happy with your staff. Trollies arent clean.

Cashiers can be more friendly and helpfull we all know its a long day for them but its their job a friendly face makes the world of difference specially in the times we are living in up your game pnp and talk to ur cashiers

Worste pick and pay ever! Both the liqueur and main store. Always a long que, unorganised, slow staff at tills. Trolley are never cleaned. Liquor store always has incorrect pricing and just one active teller.

Please make one long row to the tills. Like Fruit stop and Dischem. The flow is much better!!!

I cant complain about the service in this store,Because there aint any service..Serious need better staff that whats to work.The stuff is in between the clients talking to each other so laod that its sounds like a night club.

This store is not up to Pick a Pay standards anymore. Was there 2 times beginning of the lock down and after waiting to get inside the shelves did not have stock. The outlay was also chaos.

I forgot one of my shopping bags. They kept it for me. The next morning i collected without any hassle. Wonderful cashier.

The service in this store is non-existent. No customer service and etiquette at all. Pigs will fly before I set foot in that store again.

This relates to the ABSA next to Sinoville Pick n. I had to do a quick transaction and there was a computer made available to me at no cost and no waiting. The banks queues were moving fast showing that they have efficient staff. This was during the time of day when the banks are usually very busy. There was a calm and quiet atmosphere which made my trip to the bank, which I hate as much as renewing my drivers licence, much more pleasant than one would expect. A really well run branch. Keep it up!

It is called hypermarket and when you get there you find out that is actually a supermarket. What a disappointment.

Good dayThe health and safety should be updated we were there on Tuesday morning 25 Feb 2020 my son of 5 almost lost his tongue at the bakery stand. At the bottom the silver rail is loos as he wanted to stand up the whole thing fall of he is so badly injured. And non of the staff offered to help. We are taking this matter further.

Dont like the New outlay of store. After 15 years now total chaos to find stuff. Also too many chatterboxes at tillpoints. Other personnel doing nothing while slowing down cashier. Makes every thing moves slower. Will NEVER find this at a SPAR or CHECKERS.Always an eye over them to check their efficiency. Shop becoming a menace and would rather consider buying elsewhere. And this sentiment is shared by MANY people I know.

Deserves zero stars. Unfriendly staff. Long lines at tills especially during peak hours wìth two or three tills open. Meat area smells bad. Old breadrolls. Floors are dirty and missing tiles. Shelves packed in any order and item prices more often than not either wrong or absent. Cashiers and packers chat away while ringing up your groceries and no to time to greet you or greet back. Mr. Manager go visit the superspar in Montana. See you there!

After another victim feel there staff dont care a real mess

Endless queues, never enough cashiers, staff party always a priority - customer service right at the bottom on the priority list. Shelve never properly stocked, merchandising always a mess. Time to revamp entite store, staff included or maybe close down. A Spar would be nice touch and refreshing change to the centre.

Wanted to give no star, they never pick up their phones. Always a problem at tills they should give insentive for cashier handling the most transactions in a month maybe service will pick up, ques are a real pain. They forget we pay their salaries! Get energetic cashiers and take their chairs away, they can take breaks every now and again!

Only three tills open queues standing between isles.

Halfway through scanning my purchased goods, I was informed that I cannot use my debit card because Nedbank was offline.I had to go to the ATM to withdraw cash. I was away for not more than 5 minutes. On my return I found that the items already scanned were in a trolley with items that I have not purchased. The rest of my purchases were in another trolley. The till was closed and the cashier nowhere to be seen. I had to go to the management section for assistance.After a lot of discussion with various employees, it was decided , after some time, to scan my purchases from scratch. I was later informed that the cashier went to have tea. Needless to say, I wàs not impressed by the whole situation.

I take back everything I previously said about this store... It is now even worse than before ! It not only smells bad around the fridges, it now smells bad by the pasta also. The floor is scattered with buckets from leaking roofs too. Maybe it is a Government run store ;)The liquor store doesnt smell. If you want bad service, this is the place for you !

Wrong items packed on shelves/fridge and then i took into my basket seeing the price only to be embarrassed at the till. Well the othet item was voided n corrected as it was not updated on the till.

Extremely poor service. 14 open tills and only 4 people at them of which 2 are for 10 items or less, no matter the time of day or the length of the queue. managers walk around talking to staff, making jokes and wasting time of the clients.. selves are empty more often than full, and prices are more often wrong than right.

The standards went way down. Very disappointing
