I am still very traumatized by the situation regarding my birthday cake. I brought in a picture of what I wanted for my cake, I gave very specific instructions about what I wanted for my cake. I was so specific. But upon collection, I didnt get what I asked for. Changes were made to the design of the cake which I wasnt even informed or consulted about. The cake was a ugly shape. And when I collected the cake, the owner couldnt be bothered. Not even an apology. She just really couldnt care. I dont know if I will ever try another design cake from any other service provider, but Elite Cakes have left me traumatized. Its two months after my birthday and I still experience deep anxiety over that very expensive cake failure. But the owners attitude left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this cake shop to anyone. What you see on display is not what you get baked. So while their pictures and displays are pretty, the actual cake does not look the same.

I am so disappointed with the cake i got from Elite Cakes, i ordered a two tier cake to have chocolate one tier and the other to be red-velvet flavor (specified that my mom likes chocolate and the cake is hers) only to get two tier with only red-velvet and dry fondant.
