Completely incompetent staff that could not care in the least about customer service.

I love how your staff always recommend the tissue oil 3 for R50 special because I seem to never know when it is on, taking one or two bottles to the till. Big ups on that!

Stopped today just before 17h00. Cashier short changed me. When I showed her the change she grabbed the slip from my hand and said let me see. She didnt apologise only said I had to wait for the next customer to pay so she can get my correct change from the drawer. Pathetic service

The store was a mess, clothing was on the floor or all mixed up on the racks. The hand sanitising bottle at the door was dirty and no one was checking if clients had masks on. There was even staff members not wearing face mask 😑

If you want to be frustrated and be reminded how bad service can be, then go shop at this Pep in Queenswood. It is the one most disorganised and messiest clothing shops Ive ever been in. Most of the time the staff is disinterested and act as if theyre doing you a favour by assisting you. They have a very good variety of stock but it gives a headache, literally, to go and shop there. It seems theres a competition to see who can be the most bored staffer for the day. Either theres a lack of leadership here or management just does not care.
