Start here for school shoes, they last long and are good value for money. Store is clean and always have a good variety of stock in the store.

Nice selection of clothes at really reasonable prices. Staff can sometimes be a bit rude but not all of them, have had some friendly helpful assistance, but have also been served by some staff that really made one not want to come back.

Always good service at PEP. T-shirts available at affordable prices. The transfer of money from one PEP to another works great and is an efficient process. This works especially when paying money to a person in a rural area since PEP has branches all over.

I dont usually write bad reviews for anybody, but I have had too many experiences at this Pep not to voice my opinion. I have never been in a shop where the staff are as unfriendly as this one. If you are lucky enough to find someone working at the tills, they dont acknowledge you when you are standing in front of their till ready to pay, nevermind greet you. They dont even make eye contact so that you an greet them. They just carry on doing whatever they are doing or talking to each other while you wait and wait and wait. They help other customers in the que who are of their same race before they helping you, even though you were there first. Not all Pep stores ar like this. I dont know what is wrong with the staff at this store. My last visit I found to be quite upsetting actually. I really hope that the staff attitude can be improved because I like doing my clothes shopping at Pep. The Pep Home store across from th the clothes store is lovely and there the staff are in a much better mood.

Covid19 regulation are not enforced....no sanitizing and temperature tests. Place was dirty...

Ive been looking for the magnolia tissue oil for a few days now, and when I got to this store they told they will be getting stock the next day, the lady asked me how many I want so that as soon as the stock get to the store they can call me....yes they did not call me but when I got to the store they had put the tissue oils i requested on the side. Thank you for your customer service.
