After I made an appointment to check my car they charge me money for nothing fixed in car and want me to make another appointment to pay again ridiculous

Absolutely no pride, the German community would be disgusted in their workmanship and lack of pride. Continuous lies and avoiding the point. And Tell me to take my car elsewhere as they dont know whats wrong When I returned to show pic of the damage they caused and offered them the opportunity to inspect the vehicle at the venue where it was been assessed. This went unanswered. How can I return a vehicle that has been damaged by inferior workmanship and trust that they would do it right the next time round, and on top of that been told to take my car as it is not right, because they dont know further. Cost me a lot of money I dont have, to repair what they messed up.

Always knowledgeable service and staff, only down side is that you sometimes need to wait a couple of days for a booking spot... Though this shows that they are always busy

Recently had to start getting quotes on a clutch repair, not only were they the 1st ones to quote back but they were also the most reasonably priced. Sent my car there. Once they started working, other issues came up and was attended to by 1st asking if they can repair (NO surprise bills). They also picked up that my vehicle had some other issues which i have been advised of by other places as steering racks, pumps, tie rods, etc which would have cost me loads more money, but they told me the exact problem and how to get it fixed.Perfect service in my eyes.

For a service its ok, but Ive spent 10 grand with them on fixing my high oil consumption, with no change. Its a 15 year old BMW 318i so its understandable that its difficult to fix the oil consumption, but I feel they are happy to try things (with your money), that might not work.

Good place to have your BMW repaired. I hAve been struggling to get them to repair an oil leak and high oil consumption. I keep going back and each time it is more money.

Very thorough and professional. Refused to release the vehicle until they were satisfied that all problems were sorted, and in the end had to order new parts without charging extra.
