Developed a slow puncher while traveling in the Drakensberge. On closer inspection found my tyre was badly damaged during fitting, causing it to bulge out at the insider Im. Unfortunately TWT decided not to share this damage which could have caused a blow out with devastating concequences, no one can let a tyre left the shop in this condition with a clear concence. After a small debate TWT agreed to replace the tyre at their cost but never concidered to apologise for the danger the have put me and my family in.

Its never great to spend money on tyres, but we had a spot of bad luck with our tyres on the way back from the airport and stopped here to just see about a quick fix, the team spotted a bunch of issues that couldve been a serious safety issue - sidewall puncture and dented rims!We decided to follow their excellent advice and do all the fixes and replace the low tread tyres at the same time.They were professional, accommodating and offered a one-stop shop for ALL our tyre issues!

My wheel burst yesterday afternoon, he was on his way home when he saw me and stopped and helped me change my tyre within minutes obligation free. On 22 April I visited TWT Menlyn for a puncture repair. On receiving my invoice via email I noticed that I was charged R52.17 for wheel balancing. My tyre was NEVER balanced! My vehicle was the only vehicle in the workshop so stood watching most of the repair. The one technician even asked if the wheel had been balanced and the other technician said no it wasn’t required as he marked the tyres position on the mag and replaced it in the same position. My dashboard camera was recording continuously for the entire 45 minutes my vehicle was in the workshop and had a clear view of the entire front of the workshop, including the 3 wheel balancing machines. I feel disappointed and cheated!

My wifes car battery died and we decided to replace it at tw&t since they were the cheapest by far!!! When we got there we realised the battery had one day left of its 2 year warranty. Stefan who works at the menlyn branch went out of his way to ensure we receive a new battery for her car. We really appreciate his effort snd will gladly use them again! Its difficult to find trustworthy people nowadays...Thanks for the great service!!!!

Went to have my wheels rotated. Was met with a smile and helped quickly. Unfortunately one of their alignment machine had a fault and it delayed everything but the coffee was good and they kept me informed all the time. They also had an awesome Mach 1 mustang in the shop which was nice!

I was looking for a very unique set of rims for my Jeep Wrangler that is not your everyday rim. After spending hours on the internet looking for rims I dicided to go a few Wheel and tyre shops. My first stop was TWT Wonderboom but no luck finding anything I liked. One of the sale consultants told me to hang on and he phone TWT Menlyn. They had a set of 5 rims that a client ordered but cancelled later. I drove to Menlyn and was met by Ruan and Jonathan,after showing me the rim I ask them if I could bring the Jeep to see how the rims will look. Ruan asked what was the size tyres I bought and the went as far as to fit the rims with same size tyres to match the rims. The service I recieved was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Great work guys👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😉

The car was examined by a switched-on experienced older bloke, who also took the car for a test drive following the fitment of new tyres, balancing and computerized wheel alignment (they provide a report). So good all round....

These guys are really helpful, honest and willing to go the extra mile. They stick to industry standards, where cheap, no good other similar service providers cut corners and do half baked jobs.Twt assisted me in a breakdown of two of my wheels after one wheel came off because the hub threads had been damaged because of pneumatic power tools being used to tighten the wheel studs, not a torque wrench. TWT noticed that there was a problem and went the extra mile by assisting me throughout the whole process after a serious breakdown because of poor workmanship from other service providers.Thank you to Richard the manager, Willie the wheel alignment technician who has excellent pride in his work, Abel who drove me around, Darius and the rest of the team who did way more than expected!Nothing was too much to be done. You guys are tops and I will recommend you any time to anyone.Good service is king, but you cannot put a price on your safety. This team will get you safely back on the road.

Generally good service and helpful staff. It did take a long time. Just be prepared that it won’t be a quick process. Tyres are also expensive but the person helping me did try to suggest cheaper alternatives which can make it more affordable. The tyres that I have are good quality and are lasting well

I was treated as a client of Remax Info globe as my car is marked with that. I was assured that I was being given preferential prices due to my company discounts. I was charged R8115, for replacement of two tyres, balancing and Aligned. It did not feel right, so two days later I called for a random quotation for the same service and products. I was quoted R4975, without the company discount!!!!!

I know as a brand they are a bit more expensive. I use this brand in Gaborone and the north of Pretoria. It seems I get quite a few punctures. Their service is amazing. Today this branch outdid themselves- helped me out a tyre on a new rim after not getting service at Mercedes and then did not charge me! That made my day after a horrible experience- thank you

I went to install my discovery tracker. They had good service until I told them that they should cancel my wheel alignment and just do the tracker since it was R700 extra. The friendly service, then turned sour and I waited 20 minutes until another assistant said that he will look for the person that was helping me since he just dissapeared after I asked him to cancel the wheel alignment. He turned up without any explanation and said that I can pay. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Best tyres fitment centre, Ive never had any issues with their tyres.

I called on a Saturday morning for some tyres on my santa Fe. I called several other tyre outlets prior and found princing around R2K per tyre for decent quality, R1700 for cheaper brands. Initially their price was R2200 but the owner was quick to offer me a price of R2K when I asked. They got stock within and hour and had them at this outlet before the agreed time on a Saturday (11am). Quick fitment, nice coffee and friendly service. These guys are doing well for a reason. Tiger has a perception of being more expensive but this owner is flexible on pricing. Well done, very happy.

The sales service is awesome, and they keep you well informed. But I highly recommend that you either remove all valuables or keep your vehicle in sight throughout your visit. 1 hour after leaving, I find that my leatherman which was placed in a closed bag under the rear seats that same morning, was no longer there :(. Only the case was left behind.This was very disappointing and tainted my entire experience.

Very bad experience!! What turned out as fitting of only 2 new tyres my husband and I decided to buy 4 new rims as well. The salesmens promise after promise that their driver was collecting the tyres from another branch quickly also didnt come to light. After the salesman got the rims in their store room we agreed upon it turned out they only had 3!!! This while the tires were off our car and off the rims just waiting FOR NOTHING TO HAPPEN!!! We were told their driver can go to another branch which was to take another hour. We told them from the beginning we have to drive back to Nelspruit. Instead we spent 3 hours at that branch with no real progress made apart from paying R2900 for 2 tyres, balancing and wheel alignment. We could have been back in Nelspruit in the time wasted there!

Tiger wheels & tyres is located in Menlyn retail adjacent to Nandos on Garsfontein road. It has a small parking lot sometimes share the parking with Nandos clients. It has a big relate shop for tyre replacement, wheel balancing and alignment. There ample sitting.place while you wait for your car to be serviced.
