One of the best Midas stores I have been to when you walk in the store they don`t just stand there until you ask them for help. They come to you and ask how they can help. I have been there a few times now and every time they walked to me to find out how they can help. They really know their parts I`ve called them before to find out about an part and when I got to the store they all ready had it for me aside. Thanks so much Guys your really make my day when I buy from your store. compare to all the others your really the best at everything

I went to Midas willow crossing this morning to buy a bulb for my brake light and that was my first time there. I realised it does not fit and took it back to change it. I was told they do not accept electrical returns. I told them that was the first time I have even been refused to change a bulb I just bought, even in other Midas stores. Another Midas store had even changed an ignition coil that didnt work for me before. I asked why I was not told that when buying? Moreover, this was within the space of just about 30 minutes. It was obvious I have not even fitted the bulb as it couldnt even fit where the one I changed would be at all. They refused to change it still. I am not happy with this at all, and this is the first time I have encountered such service.

Pro: very quiet on a saterday morning. Assistant asked if he could help was quickly sorted. They got motorcycle spares as well. Will definitely go here again.Cons: Stoor front there isnt allot of products available as the larger Midas.

Midas Silver Oaks is definitely a consumer centric location, easily accessible of the M10 (Solomon Mahlangu Dr) via Bendeman Blvd.Staff are geared to assist you in finding exactly when you are looking for, in a setting that may be more convenient than that of bigger hardware / electrical outlets due to its condensed size and stocking of smaller items. This is what sets it apart in my view and makes it ideal for quick shopping visit.Parking is ample and free.
