I bought a Gearbox based on what Sbusiso Gasa said that the car came driving into the scrapyard, claiming all the gears were tested( which there is no proof of).The gearbox was fitted 6 days after purchase( Date of purchase: 28/12/2018), the Gearbox turned out to not work at all, doesnt take gears at all, mind you this is 6 days later! I take it back to say here is a product that you guys have supplied it has never worked, now only does Sbusiso Gasa want to test it, want to take it to a professional, promises to call me today 05/01/2019, i forwarded my banking details kindly requesting refund, which am still waiting. Kindly advise on the refund!When i first called that is the story you used the car came driving... its only you and your stuff that can verify that. THE POINT IS THAT GEARBOX NEVER MOVED MY CAR! Lets be fair here, who buys a product even if it is second hand but doesnt work at all. Sbusiso when i arrived i met you, you told me same story in person the car came driving then directed me to where the gearbox was which was already taken out by your guys and already fastened all moving component with a wire to avoid damage during travel, so how was this gearbox tested and where were you or your specialist because Ive got evidence of what am saying.NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ON SOME SPECIALIST OPINION WHO WAS NEVER THERE DURING THE PURCHASE, WHILST MY CAR IS STANDING! TILL WHEN BECAUSE I HAVE A RECORDING OF YOU SAYING YOU WILL CALL ME SATURDAY BEFORE 2PM, I HAD TO CALL YOU, SINCE YOU SAID YOU WANT TO CHECK WITH THE STORE IF THE SPECIALIST CAME, YOU WILL CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW! WHICH YOU NEVER DID! now i must chase you again! Kindly process Refund with the provided banking details!.. YOUR PRODUCT HAS NEVER WORKED, THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE ON YOUR PRODUCT, TO SHOW MAYBE DAMAGE CAUSED BY ME, IVE GOT PICTURES OF IT THROUGH OUT AND IT WAS ONLY 6 DAYS IN MY POSITION, THIS IS A CLEAR INDICATION THAT THE PRODUCT HAD ITS OWN DEFECTS!
