Worst service I ever received.It took 2 weeks for them to order 2 windscreens via an insurance claim after I had to phone them every few days as they never called back when I left messages.I had to take off work to be on time but they arrived late. Again, after almost 2 hours late I had to phone to ask if they are still coming.The second windscreen was ordered incorrectly and could not be fit!I specifically requested the speedpoint machine to pay the excess but this was also ignored and I had to scramble around and ask money from people to pay the technician.The only good thing about Silverlakes PG glass is the technician, Lucky. He really tried his best but cannot do much with such incompetence at the admin level.

After struggling 2 days to get a claim for my vehicle windscreen I had no option other than cancelling the service. I dont have time to waste for empty promises and incompetent staff.

Great service and advice

Upon doing my inspection as instructed by my insurer, my car failed to start and the weather was not on my side too. The two gentlemen from PG Glass helped me figure out whats wrong with the car and got it going again.

Fine but not user friendly for the guests. No clear markings to show unfamiliar guests the entrance. It looks mixed up from the outside

They installed 2 alu doors in Silverlakes. Had to come out a couple of times to fix minor things. QA very bad. The one door still doesnt close because its catching the weather strip. Spoke to them numerous times.

PG Glass Silver Lakes has modern facilities to repair or replace outo windscreens and also a team to install and repair home glass and shower doors and mirrors.

Poor customer service, if they dont want to work at reception I could happily help them lose their jobs, the service is unacceptable.

Had an aluminium sliding/folding door installed, there was a minor issue with the finish that they picked up during installation, this was rectified and i am happy with the product.
