Definitely not worth the R 1670.00 valet. They do not clean thoroughly. Plus get quoted R1250 as a supercab is seen as a single cab but when you need to pay its R 1535.00 because its seen as a double cab??

The work performed on my vehicle was to my satisfaction. I now however realise why they give you a bag to remove personal goods. DO NOT FORGET TO REMOVE YOUR PARKING MONEY, IT WILL NOT BE THERE WHEN YOU GET YOUR CAR BACK.

No attention to fine detail. Overspray markings on vehicle after repairs. Rubber trimmings not removed, painted together with body panels. Chip repairs not done in same colour.

Do not use this place for Dent repairs or body work. The workmanship is TERRIBLE, I took my car there for a minor Dent repair and the metal does not line up, its skew, the paint was not properly done. There is white powder thats essentially baked on the paint, they left my engine bay looking like trash. There are little holes in the panel where they didnt fill it in. You can see that the car had work done on it instantly. You can see little white dots all over the bumper and windshield, Im assuming its over spray from them painting another car. Only giving it 2 stars because they offered to fix it not that it should be an offer. I worked with Jan, do yourself a favor and inspect your car with a fine tooth comb when you receive it back from them. Thats assuming you do go there. R6500 down the drain.

Amaizing little gem in the heart of Garsfontein. Our cars gets scratches and our bakkies get mud. I just bring it to Carty and they make sure that my car and bakkie always looks brand new.

I was at Carty Carvenience on 2 Nov 2020 for a carwash and vacuum, and the service and results were AMAZING. I met with Annelie, the owner, and had a lovely chat and excellent coffee. Carty is a family business and you can see that Annelie is very proud of her staff and the service they render. She also showed me around the workshop where they do Auto Body Repairs and as an Engineer, I can compliment them on the high-quality equipment and processes they have in place. Such a lovely experience!

Great first impressions, but in the end they over quoted for many things, didnt get everything done that they said they would. And unfortunately their receptionist was rather... curt over the phone.

My vehicle stank for weeks after they cleaned it. They never dried it properly and it was with them overnight.

Great service! I will use them again.

Please take note of their R50 quotation fee which you will lose if you dont use their services. A decision that is up to the insurers, not me! Makes no sense at all.

Very inconspicuous. Looks like a panel beating place when I wanted to get my car washed. Upon pulling in, there was no assistance. Had to ask the person behind me to reverse as there is also no exit once you enter.
