No problem when we bought a car. Received good service. But after-sale service are non-existent. Took my bakkie back as the inter-cooler was a problem. It took them 3 weeks to order the part. Really? I had the bakkie at Ford and they had the part on site, but we took it back to the dealer (Penta) as it is within 6 months of purchase. Then they started claiming from our security. We stopped the whole process as it was now more than 3 weeks and NO part as yet to fix my bakkie.Weve asked for a loan vehicle as Ive been without my bakkie for 3 weeks and had to make other traveling arrangements, which was highly inconvenient. Unfortunately the loan vehicle was stolen from our yard. Penta group was negligent with their paperwork regarding this loan vehicle and wants to take legal action against us for their sloppy work (for them probably acceptable working procedures). They want to put the blame solely on us. Even had a meeting with the Regional Director. He tried to play on our emotions. He doesnt want to hear what the Consumer Protection Act says.Be aware...especially the Menlyn Branch.

Workshop service levels and quality is not at customer desired levels. Customer satisfaction on first attempt is nonexistent. I noticed staff changes so will see if there is improvement, but on current experience, not recommended, but my problem is in progress, sadly had to take it to business owner level to get the attention required and not without cost to customer.

Got my Swift serviced at Penta Menlyn. Fantastic service and follow-up Drop off was super quick (took less than 5 mins) and collected car at 15h30. Didnt pay a cent. Well done Penta, and thank you

Purchased a vehicle from them in Feb 2020. I found out that the exhaust was defective after I took delivery. They agreed to pay for the repair, as well as licensing which I had to get done. I got the repairs done and submitted invoices in March. Its 9 months later and I have still not been paid. I have lost count of the number of times I have followed up.

NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER!! no one answers the phones, once you have wasted hours (no lies) trying to speak to someone, you make a purchase send through the proof of payment and then you are back to square one, no response to emails and again no one answering telephones! shocking and then we wonder why so many dealers have closed down!

Sales person new his stock and pricing details. Friendly even at 12h45 on a Saterday morning just before closing. Took us for a test drive with no reservations.

Dont buy from here, paid a deposit for a vehicle after a week asked them to refund it due to unforeseen circumstances and they refused to refund my entire deposit and charged a hefty penalty. Never came across a dealership that profits from their customers misfortune.
