Very bad service asked before I took my car in if they got all the parts that is necessary and I was assured that they do have everything as the assessor told them what is needed. Car hire for 7 days. From 8th of June. They still waiting for parts as we speak today is the 27th of June 2021. Do not make use of them. Very Bad! ! Its only the rear bumper that must be replaced.

I had some hesitations taking my car to Extreme Auto Worx Panel beaters (Silverton dale) after reading the reviews on Google but I was assured by my insurance broker that my vehicle repairs would be dealt with professionally. My experience with Extreme Auto Worx was only pleasing.No complaints. From the time I delivered my car and Terence conducted the inspection to the time Melanie phoned to inform me that my car was ready. Staff were friendly and professional throughout my journey. If your not insured with Santam dont even bother going there. And if you claim through someone elses insurance you would just be told to leave as they dont even bother to help you. Wouldnt recommend them to be honest as they are just sending people away

Bad service

Was quite impressed when I delivered my car. Was promised updates via email and was given a rough esestimate of 1 week.A week later, with no news, I phoned, amd they said they are still busy.2 weeks after I dropped my car off, I was getting worried. Had to phone them again. The secretary didnt know how far my cars repairs were, but said shell find out and come back to me. She didnt.So I phoned again. Only then (after having my car there for 17 days) did she realize that she is sending updates to the wrong email address. I recieved a photo the Wednesday of my car in the paint work shop, and the Thursday in the polishing bay. She said shell phone me when I can collect the car. By Friday afternoon, there was still no contact from their side. So I phoned, and then only did the secretary admit that they are waiting for parts that was only ordered the Wednesday. These were specifically requested the day when I dropped the car off. My car was promised to be delivered to me the Monday.By the Monday 1 o clock (now exactly 3 weeks in) I had no news from them. When I phoned they said it will be there in the afternoon. Then received a whatsapp around 3 asking if it is okay if they bring it first thing tomorrow. So I had to demand my car back.On arrival, there were still 2 things I specifically asked for that wasnt fixed, and the guy admitted that one of the parts will only arrive next week!So I probably would have ended up a month without a car.Literally the worst service you can imagine.The job was well done (the part that was done) but the rest of the experience was terrible. Will never use them again!

A fog light bracket behind my replaced bumper broke after about 6 months. Xtreme Auto Worx immediately fixed the bracket and strengthened the other brackets although it wasnt their fault.
