Good service before and after the job was done, they even give some small spots on the rest of my car a touch of paint which they didnt have to do. Ernest inspected my car before the repairs and was even kind enough to give me a small container of paint for use in the future.

Yhoo!!! One day I will address PRECISION AND SONS and Matthew from Standard Bank! To think I was always suspicious of the pair and the way things happened. Only for an article regarding price fixing etc. to be brought to my attention as a result of me having complained about them(P&S). The car was gone for more than 4 months!!! After insurance rejected then approved the claim a month later! The car came back with the body work done as per evaluation with a flat battery. BUT NEVER AGAIN!

Quite professional service, but did not address all repairs as identified by their assessor. This resulted in an extra trip back after weeks of waiting for another approval from ensurer. Initial repair took more than twice as long as guaranteed. Additional issue occurred from vehicle standing on the shop floor for too long. Blame game then ensued. Would not make use of again.

Very Professional and Top Quality repairs

So after almost 2 months they discovered that there are more damage to my car. I was in a car accident. The assessor did a poor job when he assessed my car. How on earth do they only realize that after 2 months working on my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont they think how we as customers need to get to places!? They take their time and do not care. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!

Still awaiting feedback on part that was never checked even though it was pointed out at check in... Its been more than a month. Also no feedback on progress of the vehicle whilst in for repairsmakes it impossible to plan ahead

Well, so far they have given good service. They phoned me to get my car, I was attended fairly quickly. My Mercedes e200 is currently at Precision, so i cannot fairly grade the work. I made a point of asking them not to return my car covered in over-spray, so lets see, if a) they deliver my car within the 10 working days, and b) how the workmanship is.It was 8am, when I delivered my car, I was not offered a seat nor the signature coffee, while i waited to be attended.

Worst panel beater ever, they dont stick to time lines and there is no communication on status updates of your vehicle, I constantly had to call in and hold for 20 to 30 to speak to the person handling my car and even after all that I would be told he is out for lunch and he would call back. My vehicle was with the for over a month for something that was supposed to be a week or two at most. Each time when by some miracle I managed to speak to someone I got a different story on the status of my vehicle

While the job took longer than expected, when I did phone, after being put on hold for ages, I finally got through to the right person who was extremely helpful and phoned me back within 10 minutes to confirm my car was ready. They did a good job and unexpectedly had fixed something inside the car for free that was not even part of the job (and I had not even mentioned it to them) which was such a great touch. Thank you for the overall good experience.

Beautiful and neat set up. Attention to detail is not their strong point. Went to pick up car and there was faulty workmanship. Went back second time and received the car back with NEW scratch marks on chrome. It had been replaced but the car was 100% only after 4 visits just to realize that car adapter has been removed and not put back, but luckily got it back. “Precision” is misleading

They have no idea what customer service is about. It is as if they are paying you for fixing your car, so YOU have to follow up ALL the time while some days they tell you that they are busy with another customer (because again, youre not a paying client in their eyes) I would NEVER take my car there, its a pity my insurance took it there. WORST SERVICE EVER, no sense of customer care or a sense of urgency. Take your car there only if you need a 12month holiday from your car!

I got involved in an accident they were so quick to arrive by the scene and they called my insurance so that I could authorize my vehicle to be towed by them . My battery was low I asked the guy by the name Paul to take pictures and send them to me, the guy has been telling me he is extremely busy to send me pictures Yet I must send the pictures to my insurance company. Im very disappointed by their service... I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. They are so insensitive only care about the money they make from towing.

Extremely well kept environment and brilliant face to face client engagement. Not fantastic on follow through on promises made to clients though. E.g., we will get back to you in a day, doesnt happen, until you follow up two days after the promised timeline.

Automotive repair shop, panelbeaters and a variety of repair work done here. I saw a Mercedes ML with minor but significant damage on front bumper. After repair work it looks brand new. Well done.

3 repair jobs in 2018 and 4 comebacks for sloppy assembly using old and wrong clips. Paintwork excellent but reassembly without any quality control whatsoever. Very bad communication. Obvious management challenges.

They fixed my car beautifully, but it took a bit long. Very happy with their service though.

My car was estimated to take about a 3 weeks, ended up waiting almost 2 months.First they missed a request and quotation I accepted which added another week to the wait.Every single time I called I was transferred and put on hold, half of those calls were just dropped, the others I was told I will be called back, which also didnt happen.I understand unexpected things can happen with car repairs but I shouldnt be the one calling in every day to find out there are delays.The repairs done were good quality, except for the 1 repair they forgot about and initially said the insurance didnt cover, after which I showed them the quote and lo and behold my new rear light was sitting in a box at the back which they then promptly fitted while I waited.Utterly the worst customer experience I have ever experienced to date. Would never bring my car here again or recommend it to anyone else. Quite dissapointed as the place represents the opposite of their service.

Terrible service! Took a month to mend the boot and fix a rear tail light. Finally got the car back and the central locking doesnt work. It was fine when it was taken in. Sorry, these things happen they said and now they still want me to pay to get it fixed.

How do you explain it when the dealer fails to pick you up and leave you stranded without means to go home? Thats my experience today with Precision and Sons. I am shocked and frustrated.

I had my car in for a quote and Ernesto helped me with that. Ernesto told me they would fix a spot on the car that wasnt includes in the quote, free of charge.Eventually when I went to collect the car 2 weeks later the work that was promised to me has not been done. Obviously its a sales taxtic to lure clients into choosing them for repairs. On top of that when I went to fetch the car they touched up spots with paint in front of me on the show floor.This is totally not what I would have expected from a company that stand out among other. I was not impressed whatsoever...

Took my car in on a Monday. The real tailgate and bumper deeded repairs and painting. Went back the Monday a week after and the car was busy being polished. I was there to early as I have not recived the final sms to say the car is complete. They told me if I gave them half a hour they would have the car redy. And sure enough 30min later its was perfekt and clean! Great work. Thanks alot! Fantastic job!

No feedback from them regarding my vehicle. When I told them I will contact Hello Peter the manager Jose said I can contact Hello John as well. They dont care about service.

Not happy of the long time u have wait just to get a quote.

It took them almost a month to do the assesment on my car and then another week before they collected my car. To repair a dent in the front it took them almost a month to repair it and i did not receive regular updates informing me of the progress.

They are the worst. No updates on the car progress for more than a month on minor repairs. Every time when I call I get transferred to the consultant who never picks up the phone.
