Ok, admin not so sharp, had to come back second day, after I phoned and they said just come in...No, both them and insurance had to get their admin correlated.. firts have to register a claim, then go following day to get job done...

Service was super efficient and staff are well trained and friendly.

Their location details on Google is still under their old address, so they had me driving to a completely wrong address only to find out they have moved. When I arrived it seemed like my booking wasnt placed on the system as the guy had to run around finding the person whom I made the booking with over the phone. They werent very friendly and thorough and seemed like they werent prepared at all to receive me, as I had to go around and pull in at the back of the shop which made me feel uncomfortable with leaving my car there as it is not nicely setup with dedicated car ports like the front side of the shop. When I made the booking over the phone the lady confirmed they had stock, but when I arrived I was told they dont have everything and that they will do what they can, and call me at a later stage to come back when they received new stock.... however when I went to fetch the car they advised that they managed to find a piece of tint to finish the back window also. It really wasnt a very pleasant and reassuring experience.

Friendly and efficient

We had a booking for a Friday & Saturday, but they never showed up, they didnt phone to at least inform us that they wont be arriving.Tried to phone them with no success. Thereafter phoned over a period of a week and still no one answer the their phone.Its absolutely pathetic!
